Bumper looked good but a considerable amount of overspray was on hood and front windshield. They also scraped the rear quarter panel pulling vehicle out of paint booth. I removed overspray from front windshield myself and returned vehicle to Maaco to have hood properly cleaned and buffed. Told them not to worry about the scrape on panel. Waited entire day to pick up. After arriving home noticed the entire vehicle had white overspray on all panels and all windows. Returned car a 3rd time to clean and buff entire car. Absolute nightmare. They did not clean nor buff passenger side panels or windows at all. The driver side panels they did buff were left scored and a spot on the roof was buffed down to the undercoat. White dusty shoe prints were left in interior of vehicle. Every time they tried to repair one thing they caused damage somewhere else. Now the entire car looks worse now than before taking it to them. Will call their corporate office and file a complaint with BBB. Will also contact insurance company concerning damage to side panel since they want to take advantage of their customers. Was told by employee there is no way to avoid the over spraying. Like they never heard of exhaust fans. Do not go there. They all should be fired and business shut down. I will never hire them for anything in the future. I could have removed bumper and taken it to them If I knew they do this sorry of a job. Awful!!!!

The after-market bumper did not fit well, so the estimator worked with the insurance company to get an OEM bumper at no additional expense. We will be using Wooding's again!

I would stay very far away from this business.  After having dealt with them on a repair job, not…read moreonly did they miss the cost estimate by 30%, they also didn't deliver the work in the 3-4 days they represented, but took 6 business days. Their excuse was to blame the manufacturer, which is a  convenient out for any such business.  However, if they are doing their job properly, they probably wouldn't have mispriced the materials so poorly.  My guess is someone pulled the wrong information. Of course, they told us of this the afternoon before it was to come in, with that appointment having been made almost TWO MONTHS earlier.  They weren't aware until then?  Also, the $300 additional verbally communicated at that time, turned into $500 more upon delivery of the car. No one should expect an estimate to be exact, but it's clear this place is either incompetent at estimating the work, incompetent at doing it, or perhaps it's just their way of doing business, or a combo of the three. One should be able to expect the verbal "add on" is accurate. Let me add, this was not an extremely complex repair.  It involved replacing the fiberglass front end of the car and painting it.  If they can't get something like this job close on the estimate, I'd hate to see how it turns out on something complex. I will never use or recommend this business in the future.

They never bothered to tell me that the estimate they sent to my insurance specifically stated that they would not guarantee their work. So it sat there, while I played text tag with them for a week while they failed to give me the full picture. The entire time they played it off like as soon as my insurance approved, they would get to work and fix it. My insurance finally called and said they would not cover the costs because Caliber would not guarantee their work. When i went to get the car, the guy i had been dealing with said he was surprised to see me and didn't know why i was there. When I said they sent an estimate to my insurance saying they wouldn't guarantee their work, he clammed-up and started talking in circles. The estimate they sent to my insurance was for just over $7,300 for some chemical etching on the paint on one side of my car. When i asked how much it would be to sand, strip, and repaint the entire car, the guy wouldn't give me a clear answer, but eventually said around $8k. How is "buffing and polishing" (his words) to remove etching that they won't guarantee to work seven thousand, but an entirely new paint job a thousand more? A giant mess and a waste of time, stay away TLDR: these people wasted over a week of my time, were not forthcoming , shady pricing estimates, and didn't seem interested in actually trying to help fix my problem. I'd never recommend them to anyone
