After getting 3 different totals, being charged incorrectly the long weight and continued to be lied to I asked for my tires to be put back on the car. I was told to wait till Mon morning someone would call and try to make things right and if I still felt that way my tires would be put back on no problem. At 1150 am on Mon no one had called so I went up there, again i asked for my tires to be put back on my car, return my down payment, and something to show I DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING! When I came in Mon that's when everyone decided they wanted to make calls to me, again I insisted to return my original tires to my care. i cannot and will not deal with being lied to for any reason by anyone! i gave the gentleman my keys and he assumed I was completely out of the office when i saw him toss my keys/key hob on his desk (had that broken it would be a $600 replacement fee of not more since prices have increased and didn't include tax), which also pissed me off. Gave Lakeside Tire a call at 4.45 PM one day, the next the tires were in and installed on 2 wheels an hour after dropping them off and they squeezed them in between jobs. Saved me so much time and trouble driving all the way up to Roanoke from Westlake. Great service and a great price. Definitely recommend if you need tires replacing whether you get them there or not.

They not only did the service requested but added one additional item at no charge because the owner just thought it would be the best thing for the life of the tires. They also offer free life of the tires rotation at the appropriate interval if you have purchased the tires from them. To me honesty is the most important aspect but when it comes with excellent less expensive service that is pretty hard or impossible to beat.

My major problem was I asked over and over to make sure the tires in front had 60 psi and tires in back had 80 psi. What I got was a new front tire at 70 psi and they never even touched the 3 other tires even tho the tech and salesman said they did. It really is the small things that go a long way. Not sure why they would lie when I will find out in a few minutes of driving the truck.

As I was leaving the guy ahead of me at the check-out probably did have $700 worth of merchandise. The woman at the door seemed to be checking EVERY item in his cart against his register slip. I went around and headed for the door. She yelled at me that I needed to stop and have my cart checked. A second employee also yelled the same thing. I turned and told them both that I wasn't an employee of theirs and that if they didn't trust me then they needed to hire more people on the registers. Absolutely the worst shopping experiences of my 77 years. I can only hope Costco opens a store closer to home.
