Car sales. In need of a larger vehicle to accommodate all the junk I need to drag along in my life, I was in the market for a SUV, when on a lark, I checked the Enterprise car sales site. Much to my surprise, I found the vehicle I had been looking for with 218 miles on it for about $4500 less than the book value. I called to ensure it was not in fact an error and checked the car fax and all and set up an appointment to check it out. The guys working there are very low key and there was zero pressure to buy the vehicle - they were great to deal with. The SUV was fine and was as advertised, so no surprises there... perfect. They gave me a fair price for my vehicle and were even able to arrange financing at a good rate. All in all a painless experience. I purchased my third car from Enterprise Car Sales in Roanoke, VA last week, and it was an outstanding experience. For my first purchase, they delivered my car to my town, which is about an hour and a quarter away from Roanoke. For my second care, they picked me up at the Roanoke airport. For this car, as I do live about an hour and a quarter away, Steven drove from his home in Christiansburg to my town, picked me up, and then drove me back to Roanoke. This was above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a car company. Steven and Bryce were very helpful in the whole process. They remembered me from before and they took care to make sure that I was fully satisfied. They explained everything about the process, gave me a quote for my old car, and even gave me the name of another car company that buys cars so I could get a quote from them. Steven took care of adding my new car to my insurance. He called me a couple of days after my purchase to see if everything was okay, and Bryce called me later the same week to check again. Enterprise's web site offered cars from around the country; thousand and thousands to choice from; not the few hundred usually found at the dealership. And their listed sale price is exactly what you can expect to pay; no commission schemes or haggling involved. The staff patiently assisted me over several weeks of test drives with different cars and made recommendations about what they thought I would like most out of their fleet of cars based on features and prices that worked for me. Nathan and Amanda searched for finance options that fit my budget. Amanda even helped me switch my car insurance from the trade-in to my new Ford Fusion. When i noticed several small scratches on my new cars rear bumper, Amanda had the rear bumper painted and the car washed and waxed before I picked it up. Not to mention she gave me a color pen to fill in any scratches that might occur in the future. Like I said, the staff went above and beyond my exceptions with ease and delight. From the beginning it was not good. They were not listening to what I was saying and showing them what I was looking for. Then, I was assured the process would only take 20 minutes, and 2 hours later I left, late for work. They asked me to come back, assured finalization of the process. Then, when I was preparing to write a check for the down payment ($4,000) I was told they could not take personal checks. This was the weekend, banks closed, so I called it off and left. Once again, they told me I could still get the $750 Visa card if we completed the paperwork. Then the F & I guy tried to peddle a variety of warranties, which I did not want as it would have increased my payment $50 for 72 months! He then fabricated a scenario in which if I went to the dealer with an issue it could cost $1600. I again declined, at which time he offered me a 3 year warranty at a reduced price of $1490, which I did get, The issue is obvious: ethically violation by not giving me this option initially, hoping to sell me the higher priced product, which they get commissions from!! This makes the customer feel foolish for being "played" in this manner. So, I have taken the Enterprise sticker and tags off of the vehicle, will go to Avis next time. read more

Professional and friendly service. I've just purchased my second vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales. The first vehicle was in 2011 when my van stopped working. They got me in a beautiful Chrysler Sebring the same day I visited. In June 2016 my Sebring was a total loss in a vehicle accident. Enterprise Car Sales had me in a 2015 Nissan Altima the same day I visited. The interest rate they were able to get me with my financial challenges (following divorce) was amazing.
