Looked under the hood and the cap was missing from the washer fluid reservoir. The guy replaced it with one from another vehicle on the lot. We went into the office to come to an agreement on price...After I returned from the bank with my cashier's check, we began signing paperwork. It was then that I noticed the car had a "rebuilt" title. He spoke to me like I was dumb, I know what a rebuilt title is, the car was salvaged, they repaired it, DMV inspected the body work and branded the title. I spoke with my son and explained what this was and diminished value, etc; but we still decided to purchase. 2 weeks later, the car was having issues: we found out the washer fluid reservoir had a hole in it, the coolant was (what we thought) leaking, tons of smoke coming from the exhaust, codes popping up, etc. My son called into the dealership and at first the guy refused to even look at it. He then told my son to bring it in the next morning. When he took it back, the man said there was nothing he could do as it was purchased without a warranty and he doesn't have a mechanic in his garage. We took the car into my mechanic, it has a busted head gasket. I called the dealership back and explained the issue, that I felt like he did not disclose the issues with the vehicle before we purchased. He said there was nothing wrong with the car when we purchased it, we did not purchase a warranty and and it wasn't his responsibility. I'm not sure how he is supposed to know if there is anything going on with the vehicles if he doesn't even have a mechanic check them out. I have given him the opportunity to make it right and he has refused. We will see him in court. Bottom line, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE from this business...at EITHER location. Take your money to a more reputable place of business.

We did test drive and were told that we could take it to a mechanic to go over or whatever we needed before purchasing. We were also shown the Carfax report as well. He was up front and honest, very kind and helpful. They are very personable people and treat you as a guest in their house which I respect very much. They also stayed late to complete the purchasing process for us. We had an issue on the way home with the vehicle, but was able to resolve it fairly quickly, and made it home safe and sound. However, when you buy used cars, you must not expect perfection, it's a chance you take anywhere! Overall, I am happy and pleased with my purchase. I would visit them again!

A guard rail on the eastbound lane only allowed me to get about 4 feet off of the white traffic line - scary. Sports Car Clinic recommended Mitchell's Towing for my Porsche. The driver arrived in only 25 minutes during 4:30PM rush hour, pulled in and arranged to pull my car up onto his rollback flatbed. My Porsche ride height is only about 2.9" off the ground but the driver had long extended plastic ramps with a gradual grade so it was super easy to get my Porsche on and off his truck bed without a scratch! He then tied down all 4 wheels. The service was efficient, polite and professional and the price was very reasonable..5 Stars!
