He was up front and honest, very kind and helpful. They are very personable people and treat you as a guest in their house which I respect very much. They also stayed late to complete the purchasing process for us. We had an issue on the way home with the vehicle, but was able to resolve it fairly quickly, and made it home safe and sound.
