I was seen as soon as I walked in. They did a great job taking images and testing my eye. Dr Shields was super nice, patient, and explained my results thoroughly. I never felt rushed or treated like another number. Jasmin helped me out my whole way through and even hooked me up with a couple pairs of glasses through my insurance. This is my only eye doctor and place I'll order glasses from here on out.

Dr. Shields explained all of the results of my examinations to me in terms that I could understand. I wear reading glasses every day for work as I'm constantly in front of a computer screen, so my eyes tend to get very irritated and dry by the end of the day. She offered me a coupon for an over-the-counter eye-drop solution that I'm using daily now. I was able to pick out a new eyeglass frame, too. He took the time not only to address my questions and concerns, but to make sure my prescriptions were a right fit, and that I was comfortable with my new prescription. His exams are very thorough, and he took the time to educate me on which glasses frames/styles and contact lenses would benefit me the most since my prescription was so high. This was the first time an optometrist has taken the time to do that, & I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years. The staff and office itself are equally amazing. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. Yuri was so patient with me, and helped me choose the right frames that fit my style and face. She was also knowledgeable on my insurance and coverage. The office has been here pretty long, it's nice and pleasant to wait in, the staff is friendly and gets you in the system as soon as you come in. There are only a few pages to fill out as a new patient and very little hassle to deal with. They then take you back and check your eye pressure and pupillary distance. Once they're done they walk you into one of the empty rooms with all the equipments. You're going to get either one of the optometrists and they're both equally great I've heard, and since I have already personally experienced with one I definitely recommend it for others to come and get your eyes checked!
