Their hours are 5:00 am - 1:00 pm so we were close to closing time today. There were two tables today filled with people, looked like two different families, one on each side of the restaurant. They all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Parking is available right outside the building. It is angle parking so more convenient for many drivers. There are handicapped spaces near as well. Inside is well lit and inviting. The pastry cabinet with most of the selections are in a nicely lit cabinet as well, like LED strip lighting, to provide optimum viewing of the choices. You can actually see the pastry cabinet from the street (Main Street AKA MO Highway C). The floors were clean as were the unused tables. There is no visible restroom and we have not needed to use one during our two visits so are unaware of they have one available upon request, or none available to customers. The gentleman who waited on us was very attentive, made sure everything was accurate and correct, very appreciative, kind and professional while being friendly. There were not as many choices today, probably due to the time, but there were enough for us. We got a dozen donuts to make best use of the price. Single price cake donuts, for example, are $1.39 each whereas a dozen of the cake types (including those with icing on top) are $13.99/dozen. We selected 6 glazed (which was all they had left) as well as 6 chocolate topped ones. The gentleman placed them in the perfectly sized box for a dozen donuts, and he gave us the chef's choice of three additional donuts at no cost (like a super-baker's dozen). On our previous visit we had gotten a dozen donuts and the lady at that time gave six donut holes, so it seems to be possibly a regular bonus when you purchase a dozen donuts. We also asked for the last three Sausage Rolls ($3.49 each) and he wanted to be sure we knew they were the spicy ones (Jalapeño) and we thank him for confirming, that is what we wanted. Same price whether Regular or Jalapeño. When we got home we were able to begin consuming our choices. The donuts were still good, albeit maybe not as fresh as they would be several hours earlier, but they were still very good. The Jalapeño Sausage rolls were perfect. The dough they use is very tasty and not gummy or heavy. We placed them in the microwave for one minute and they tasted as if they had been purchased in the morning. We would recommend Kinley's Donuts.
