4.5 stars. I've been here several times before and still go to switch up my coffee rotation. The service is always wonderful and everyone is friendly. Even if there's a long line they do make the drinks come out quickly. I'm only deducting half a star because sometimes I feel like my latte is a little bit watered down with milk. But I do appreciate their creative flavors, ambience & theme. I will say the heart shaped straw was a sweet surprise that made me smile

We drove 20 miles to pick up their adorable Valentine coffee & flower combo - it was worth it! I'd for sure go back here. I got an iced cherry mocha and had to buy the cute sticker.

Located in downtown Lees Summit. It Saturday morning and we here to walk around the farmers market and stopped in for a cup of coffee. First time here and I really like the shop. It has a modern chic vibes to the place. It's small and quaint. Enough seating to enjoy your coffee with friends and family. Not only do they have the basic traditional coffee selection but they also have a menu for their house specialty coffees and baked goods. This order I went with my usual order of mocha coffee snd a side order of bear claws. Service was prompt and friendly. Definitely will be back in again.

This coffee shop is so cute! When we lost internet due to a storm we had, we drove to the nearest coffee shop to work. The staff is friendly and so are the customers. The environment was comfortable and fairly quiet even with all the different conversations going around. The seating is pretty spacious I didn't feel like I was invading anyone's personal space. I tried the cinnamon roll and iced coffee. I am not much of a coffee drinker but would recommend their ice coffee, so many flavors to choose from! However the cinnamon roll was rather bland, I wish I got a bagel instead but next time!

Lee's Summit in Missouri is such a cute little town, lot's to see. Many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I decided to stop in this delightful little shop. It's very cozy and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, I had many questions about all of their pastries. I decided on the Danish. It was delicious, definitely baklava tasty. The coffee was also a delight. It was made just right not too sweet. I can't wait to stop by again and try something new.

Lee's Summit has one of the most bustling and vibrant downtowns of any suburb in the Kansas City metro. Frost is fortunate to have a great corner location and lots of windows to witness the hustle and bustle of pedestrians, vehicles and railcars, including Amtrak that stops next door 4 times daily. A bright, clean and modern diner vibe is quite appealing, and the coffee, sweets and sandwich menu is broad. My wife had a cup of drip and I did the signature Frost, a frappe to cool off on a humid August Missouri Saturday afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and our people watching. The only thing that keeps Frost from getting 5 stars are the "kids" behind the counter. It felt like we were interrupting their social time and when we asked about the drip coffee, the young man had no idea what they were brewing, "Do you want to taste it" was his only response he could give. Someone has spent some money and time to make it a very inviting environment. There really should be better training or managing of staff for better customer service.

Stopped by this morning Great location, friendly staff, and some good vibes. I ordered the Main St Breakfast Sandwich to go 3.5/5 The Ciabatta bread was so good with the flavor of the cheddar cheese and that sausage . All those things made for a good sandwich. There is a nice conference area in the back along with some good-looking pastries that I will be trying next time I visit. If you have not been you should stop in.

A new coffee shop opened in Lee's Summit and I of course had to make my way there. A well lit place with a staff full of smiles and kindness. Many milk alternatives and food. They really are doing a good job of keeping everything clean. I had an almond milk latte with caramel in a size large. They only have two sizes, small and large, which is fine by me! I didn't get food today, so I'll look forward to updating my post when I do!

I'm sad to say, I tried to visit twice, and both times the barista was rude. Not a very welcoming shop.

Whistle Stop Coffee Shop is a fantastic coffee shop on Main Street in Lee's Summit…read more I met a friend there this morning for coffee, but I was able to order a French Vanilla pour over. The beans were ground fresh for me. I love French Vanilla coffee, but it's not my wife's favorite. So it was nice to be able to get a cup and enjoy it. I also ordered biscuits and gravy and a glass of milk, which were very tasty. I brought my wife home a cinnamon roll which she enjoyed. She said it was good. The front of the house is pretty bustling and lively. At the back of the restaurant, there's a quieter room and outdoor dining on the patio. I will definitely be returning to this location. Special shout out to the staff, who were magnificent.

It's a pretty downtown location. The decor is cozy and nicely decked out for Christmas. - chairs. They spent a little extra on padded leather to save our butts. - service. They're quick and polite. - cleanliness. Now for the less good: - layout. Everything feels tight. It's prettier than it is practical. - drink quality. My daughter found her spiced chai (pictured) overly sweet. And if you look at the pic, you'll notice that they gave her basically 2/3 of a cup. That pic was taken before she took a single sip (yes, I know the straw I used to show the amount looks used; I did use it to search for a tea bag in my tea fog. See below!). My cinnamon/butterscotch tea fog was, to put it politely, unimpressive. I left it steeping at least 15 minutes because it was way too hot to drink. And then I had to get a straw to search for tea bags, because it tasted like hot foamy water and I was convinced they'd forgotten to put the tea bags in. Well, they hadn't. There was one tea bag. My standard of comparison is Gusto over by Longview, which makes the best tea fogs in town. They use two tea bags and it tastes like heaven. Whatever they served me at Whistle Stop tasted like perfumed water. So overall, I give it a 3/5. Points for location and decor and nice chairs. But the main attraction should be the drinks, and they were both kinda terrible. And there's just no excuse for serving someone 2/3 of a cup when we're paying $6 for a small drink.

THANKS ERIC (with a C!!) Our food was nicely plated, temperature perfect and portions were VERY generous. The Classic Breakfast was my choice. Eggs cooked as directed, breakfast potatoes, one smallish, breakfast sausage in natural casing. A steak knife would have been helpful. I don't know the brand of bacon they serve, but it was FABULOUS! Thick sliced, prepared beautifully and mmmm, mmmm GOOD! The plate includes a Cheddar Biscuit. It is BIG and delicious LOOKING! I had to bring it, half of my potatoes and the sausage "to go".
