I've always been a big fan of LaMars but the pricing there has kind of gone through the roof, and I'd rather spend my money locally than drive thru Krispy Kreme so my kids and I found ourselves here around 9am on a Saturday. I was a bit worried it would be busy as many donut spots are around 9am on a weekend, but it was fairly empty except for a few cyclists that had ended their am ride here. The kids and I decided to get a mixed dozen of "small" donuts which the gal working said was essentially anything with a hole. The price with a small tip was around $20 which I think is reasonable, at LaMars I think a dozen can easily put you back closer to $50 which is absolute lunacy. When I arrived at my friend's house she said this place is her husband's new favorite donut spot and I could see why. I ate a chocolate sprinkle cake donut my daughter took one bite out of and it was fresh, tasty, honestly just as good as LaMars. I'm not ready to go all in on a five star review, but I'll be back! Definitely above average and reasonably priced. If you're in the area give them a try!

Matthew Yos immigrated to the USA from Cambodia and decided to work hard to build a successful business. This concept could have led to a chain of donut shops, but that is not what he decided to do. He simply worked to perfect his craft along with his wife and daughter (who is now in line to take it over with her husband) and everybody owes it to themselves to sample it. The "hole in the wall" concept applies a bit here as it's not about fancy, shiny store fronts, but about tasty, beautiful donuts in a great variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. The coffee is fresh and for someone looking for something more hearty, there are breakfast burritos. I cannot recommend this shop any more than this. You have not tried high quality donuts until you have set foot in Yos.
