Miss B's feels very much like small town cafes that I visited around Kansas when I was travelling and working for the state. What stands out here is the friendliness of the staff, especially since we weren't locals, and the variety of food on the menu. Overall this is a great spot to visit if you are in the area. Food is good, folks are friendly, and it gets you into town to explore Louisburg a bit. I'd recommend this place for breakfast or lunch as it's very casual, and the atmosphere definitely lends itself much more to earlier meal times.

I can't say enough about how well Christina made our experience. While taking care of us, she was simultaneously making change for servers, taking care of the bar top, serving tables, making espresso drinks, and, of course, making alcoholic drinks, all while maintaining a positive attitude. It genuinely felt like Christina was running the entire floor, and she handled it all with incredible hospitality and professionalism. On top of that, the food was amazing! An 11/10 experience all around, largely because of the outstanding hospitality and quality of the food. I'll definitely be back!

It's only open on First Friday weekends (when Bella Patina is open) until 2 pm, so you always need to plan ahead and incorporate this breakfast stop into your First Friday antiquing. You place your order at the counter and give your name. When your food is ready, they call your name and bring your food over to you. This gets a little chaotic when it starts to get busy. The space is small with a couple of tables, so it gets packed quickly. The breakfast burrito is comfortingly delicious and generously sized for the price. Don't forget the homemade salsa over by the silverware and napkins under the windows. There are always freshly homemade baked goods that you must indulge in.
