A friend of mine went out there on a Friday night at about 6 PM. Order two smash burgers with fries. We got our meals. The bread was cold. The french fries were not cooked raw, but warm. The french fries existed of 10 fries per plate. The burgers themselves were halfway decent. I asked if I could get my bun cooked.. the waitress left. The owner came out yelling at me. She said, I disrespected her waitress and that I got upset because I couldn't bring my dog into the restaurant that was not the case. They roped off the terrace so you couldn't just sit outside without going to the restaurant. I said oh my goodness how ridiculous. We had to walk through the restaurant while I was holding my 4 pound Chihuahua. I was told not to bring her in the restaurant last time I went there, which was also a terrible experience. Had the worst meatball sub I have ever had in my life. But my friend said let's give it another go. Well after the owner comes out yells at me has my food brought back to me with a warmed bun was not grilled was not cooked so I ate the burger with my finger fingers. Nobody asked if I wanted a fork. The waitress never came back to our table. Asked for the check they said you have to go inside to pay for it. So far out of the three restaurants that have been there the Mexican the barbecue and now this dump and all have failed. They definitely cater to the people in Aruba Park. The disrespect that the owner has shown customers is dumbfounding. I have been in the customer service/restaurant business for over 35 years and I've never ever seen a manager/owner attacking another customer verbally. Just goes to show the classless unprofessional person that is running this restaurant it will be closing. I'll get it at least six more months maybe maybe a year but with that kind of attitude and that kind of service in such a little place that is known not to succeed in that area I would've been kissing people's butts not disrespecting them.
