The food is very good but my problem is that I got 2 panini's and 2 bags of chips and it cost 47 dollars. That is absolutely ridiculous. I go there at least once a week and have never even came close to that price for the same thing. I will not go back there again if that's what the prices are going to be. My wife and I stopped at Main Street Subs traveling through Clewiston. I highly recommend this sub and pizza shop. The food was outstanding, the service was terrific and the prices reasonable. Essentially Subway but as a small business. Main Street subs doesn't offer much for decoration or ambiance, and there is limited seating available. When we visited, there was only one person making all of the sandwiches, so it will take longer to acquire your food here than at a fast food restaurant. I ordered a turkey wrap. Another different wrinkle is that the sauce is served in a sealed plastic container instead of on the sandwich. My wrap was fine, but it wasn't anything special. Overall, I had an acceptable experience at Main Street Subs, but I would not recommend them if you are in a hurry. read more

Wow!!! Just finished eating a veggie sub and a brownie we bought from here, took it to go and let me tell you they were both AMAZING!!! Definitely the best veggie sub I've ever had, that includes Publix, Jimmy johns, subway and the rest of them and I live in South Florida where we have all the choices. And the brownie tasted homemade and it was also scrumptious! Will definitely be stopping here a lot more. We have a house in Sebring for 18 years and we've passed by here hundreds of times and totally forgot how great they are whhhyyyyy???? I've been missing out on great food! I wanted comfort food but came too late for the Wed special of chicken and dumplings. Still craving comfort food I opted for the grilled cheese and banana cream pudding. Main Street knows how to make a grilled cheese with multiple layers of cheese. The banana cream pudding was a huge serving. Enough for three servings. Who says there's nowhere to get lunch in Clewiston? Main Street Subs just scored big points with me. First off, they serve Boar's Head deli meat, so you have to figure they know what they're doing. The also have nice sub rolls, very fresh. The size of my turkey bacon sub was bigger that most places serve for sure. Service was fast and friendly during the lunch rush. Building is easy to spot from the street, and has parking on the side and in the back. If I come back to this area I now have a lunch spot! read more

Mainstreet Subs had the most delicious food and was incredibly clean (even the bathrooms were spotless.) The staff was very friendly and the food was served quickly. Iconic Midwest deli feel with the quality of Boar's Head meats. This oasis in the sugar fields of Clewiston is worth a visit. Their sandwiches are somehow both artisan and classically satisfying, without any arrogance. Their brownies are fantastic and the iced tea is perfectly refreshing.
