I'm never coming back to this place ever again! I was a regular here and it was overall nice until today. I got the worst nail technician!!! I asked for a simple design. I was very excited since my nails were grown out due to acrylics. She soaked my nails not for a long time and was in a rush to take the acrylics off causing me pain. I usually never say anything but I told her I'm trying to keep my natural nails yet when she was taking off the acrylics she didn't soak them long, caused me pain and broke my natural nails. Set up an appt this morning for 230pm. Checked in, waited for 25 mins. If I am waiting for 25 mins even when I have an appt. I think that's not okay. If the nail tech is running late it would be a kind courtesy to give the client a heads up vs them showing the same courtesy showing up on time. I don't even live close to this nail place, I drive from Gilbert to tempe to get my nails done here, but I guess I have to look for another nail place. My second time coming here for nails yesterday, i get a full set of acrylic & a pedicure. Yesterday, I came in I wanted a full set acrylic with a pedicure. They sent me to do my pedicure first and i wanted a flower design only on my big toe with french tip the person doing my feet could not create the design I wanted which was a hibiscus flower so he ended up getting another tech to assist him, she sat down and could not get the flower right this did not bother me i understand that the design was a little hard to do so she ended up doing another flower instead. She put the flower design and honestly it didn't even look like she tried and after finishing up she cut me very badly on my toe and tried to cover it up and act like she didn't. Now I'm in pain, and sitting there waiting for her to finish, they didn't even give me a massage that was included with the pedicure they rushed me out of that. They finish my toes and I then go to do my full set, I ask for the SAME color I had my toes done with and the SAME flower design to MATCH since they couldn't do the original flower I wanted because why am I going to have 2 different designs. I sit down with the person who is going to do my hands, and i am so upset that I didn't notice before i got up and walked away, I look at my nails and its a completely different color red that I got on my toes so that doesn't match. The flowers are completely different this tech was able to make the original hibiscus flower i wanted which was nice but it didn't match my toes. I have 2 nails completely crooked on EACH hand, my french tip is so thick and poorly done, my nails weren't even filed and buffed correctly and she cut me as well so i could feel all the chemicals just burning into my finger. the nail shape i asked for was a tiny square that i have never had a problem with getting at any salon but for some reason i couldn't get it because "the way my nail is." This was such a half ass service, i have never been to a nail salon that did such poor service like this with such a nice place i was surprised. Mind you I paid $169.00 for that amount of money im wanting ATLEAST what i asked for and thats not even including the tip i added when i really should have kept it ! When i went up to pay and they told me what my total was i was so upset , I didnt want to take it out on the people that just work in the front desk but seriously im paying almost $200 for this? I did not get any discount or anything. I will not be coming back here or recommending this place to anyone and Im going to make sure that everyone I know does not even come here because it may look nice but it aint worth it. read more

I had set an appointment for 1pm (and received email confirmation a few days prior) but my appointment did not start until approximately 1 hour later. The staff at the front desk asked me my name 3 separate times over the course of the first 45 minutes and seemed surprised by my presence. My roommates and I came here to get our nails done and when I came in I had an inspiration photo ready. I wanted everything the exact same but the technician did not understand anything I was saying. I wanted the same length as the picture. I just wanted to change a color of the solid color nails. I'm giving this 3/5 stars because my nails are beautiful and the techs are talented and kind, but social distancing was NOT enforced during my visit today. Though the techs are protected by plexi-glass screens, the customers are packed into the seats and pedicure chairs right next to one another. Unfortunately, I was sitting next to a woman who, throughout her manicure, kept pulling her mask down to speak to her tech. Had this salon spaced out their customers in accordance with CDC guidelines, I would have absolutely given them a perfect review. This place used to be good but has severely gone downhill. I go about every two weeks for the past few months, and it was a good enough place! But the past 2 times, when I've made a reservation, I've been helped 30-40 minutes after my reservation. Also, if you're trying to get your nails done with a friend, you will not get it done together/at the same time. Oftentimes my friend will get seen 15-20 minutes before or after me. I think 40 minutes after a reservation is ridiculous, no acknowledgement or remedy either. What a lack of professionalism! Virtually no point of making a reservation. Also, on my most recent visit, they tried charging me a "shaping fee" on my polish change for my nail lady to file my nails? Keep in mind my service took maybe 25 minutes. I've never heard of that before! I have natural nails that are not very long, and asked them to be rounded. My nail tech did not tell me this would cost extra, and at checkout I noticed my total was different from my friend's who also got a polish change. Thank god I was being observant. After expressing that I've never been charged this before and I get the same service every time, the front desk girl with red hair didn't really respond and tried to still charge me the same price. Keep in mind they were also 40 minutes late on my appointment...you'd think they wouldn't be so adamant about a $5 difference for a person they overbooked on. I refused to pay more than 25 and she then offered to take off my "long nail fee" (my nails are natural and not even medium in length, just normal)?? It just wasn't adding up. During my service too, they asked me to sit down the second another girl was finished with her nails. It was so quick that the girl didn't even pick up her phone/purse and the nail tech had not cleaned the station before getting started with my nails. It happened to me as well; when I was finished and stood to wash my hands, I came back to grab my stuff only to see a new person was sitting with my purse and phone still there; and yes the station was still not sanitized. It's a turn and burn establishment. Very shady, not transparent, unclean, and unprofessional. read more

Went in for a dip manicure, but all they did was add color to my nails. My cuticles were not taken care of, dip was placed over them. After heading out the dip was all over my fingers and under my nails. The color of nails was done well but that is about the only good thing. read more
