I LOVE this salon with my whole heart. I have come in 4 times and each time, I am met with jokes and good conversations! They have given me $$ off my set before and even a little Christmas gift today! Jimmy and the crew do amazing work. I have gotten 3 full acrylic sets and a french tip gel pedicure. Prices are perfect for the big college demographic, too! I have zero complaints. I have and will continue to recommend this salon to everyone I know.
I truly love this salon. Jimmy has done my past two sets, first was a full set this one was a fill. He is very caring and so funny! I always have great conversations with him. He makes sure I am loving my nails through the process and takes the time to do great work. The other artists are very sweet and always make me feel welcome and comfortable during my appointments. Their prices are tough to beat!
I've been coming here for over a year now and I can definitely say it's the best and most consistent salon I've ever gone to. Jimmy is so cool and easy to talk to and him and his wife are very talented. I never leave without the exact nails I wanted and I more often am impressed / get something better than I expected. They own the salon and have a young son and their prices are very reasonable I try to tip as much as I can because they do an amazing job and even stay open late to accommodate groups. Would highly recommend this place!!
I have been coming to Nancy's nails for the past three years. Every time I go they turn out amazing. I love the people that work there. And my nails always last long. I could not recommend this place more. It is the only place I will let anyone do my nails in Arizona.
I have never felt more satisfied and listened to at a nail salon!! She noticed mistakes that I didn't, and fixed them without asking. She was amazing. I was amazed how she matched the reference photo I wanted. So straight, perfect color, attention to detail, everything was top notch. Definitely come here!! They take a long time, but it is well worth it. The first pic is of the nails they gave me, second was the reference pic I asked for.

Great salon. They do what you ask for, all you have to do say it. They will do a test nail too to be sure and if you said you didn't like they would take it off. End result was exactly what I wanted. Actually even better.
First time here and the nails are absolutely beautiful! I got gel done and they came out soooo nice. She recommended to use gel for my naturally long nails. The workers are so friendly here, I'm definitely coming back. There's so many color suggestion and I'm soooo happy how my nails turned out.
I'm not a person to really go out of my way to leave a review, but this nail salon is just that amazing. I have extreme anxiety and it has deterred me from going to get my nails done for a longtime . I initially had a set on prior that I absolutely hated and the only reason I'd gotten them was because a friend was with me. I decided to face my fears and go into this adorable nail salon to have them help me with my crisis. Jimmy a wonderful technician helped me through my anxiety and created this masterpiece of a set. I will forever only go to this salon and forever only recommend this salon. Thank you jimmy!

I've been to MANY different nail salons all across the country... this place is BY FAR the BEST I've ever been to. Staff is so nice and I love that they always put on good movies or shows on Netflix and never those stupid random channels no one wants to watch. ALWAYS a 10/10 set they never disappoint!! ALSO their pricing is amazingly cheap compared to a lot of places that charge more and have way less quality. This set was 95$ with tips, acrylic, dip powder, and a design. AMAZING PRICE. Anywhere else this would be 120-130$ read more

This is my favorite nail place. This may be biased as I just started doing my nails here. But the other 3 places I went here really disappointed. This is my 2nd time here at Nancy's Nail salon and both time Jimmy did so well. My nails come out amazing. I got this set and loved them but decided they were too long, they let me come back the next day and they were able to shorten them. They still look soooo beautiful! I'm so excited to have been told about this place. I'm such a picky person when it comes to my nails and this place makes me so happy. I'll probably always come here since they do so good and it's right up the street from my apartment. Go here for your nails 10/10 read more

PLEASE read all the one star reviews before you decide to go to this place.... i did not and i wish I had, cause i had the worst nail salon experience ever... Do not let the older male touch your nails if you want pink and white- the white powder was a mess and ended up all over my fingers and his - I thought maybe he would take the fresh wet white powder off his hands before retouching my hands again but nope- it went all over the place - when I asked him to fix my nails after I gave him enough time to fix them.... wait for it... he started cussing at me ... unacceptable ... this man should not be working in a SERVICE industry... read more

From a few days ago: Went today as a "treat yourself day" since I found out I need another open heart surgery. Was seen right away. The pedicure I had was amazing, I forgot her name (but I believe it was Natalie, please correct me if I'm wrong). I've only had one other pedicure and that was in the hospital post open heart surgery, but holy crow this was amazing, she took care of me and made me feel welcome and happy (which I really needed today). Once she was done, I had a nice gentleman do my acrylics. He was very friendly and helped me with all my needs. I love the color of my nails too. Great place, lovely environment and lovely staff. read more

I came here to get my nails redone after a pretty botched set from a different salon. My old roommate always went here and I was in the area so I decided to see if they had any walk-in availability. They were very friendly and greeted me as I walked in and although they were already helping other customers I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. The attention to detail they put into each set is seriously amazing. They are really good at making sure they clarify exactly what you are looking for. And if you don't like something for any reason don't hesitate to tell them because they will immediately and graciously fix it! I gave them a reference photo and left looking exactly like it! I am so happy with this set and feel confident that it will last. They also give a 10% discount to ASU students and staff if you show your ID! read more

Came in to get a full set of nails and gel before the Labor Day weekend (Thursday). Left for Vegas for the weekend and noticed that the gel was peeling off. By the end of the next day I had chips in my nails. Monday they were closed for the holiday. Tuesday I called and the phone just rang all day. Wednesday they didn't have any availability so I was scheduled for today Thursday at 6:00 a week later. I get there around 5:45 told them I needed the gel fixed. A little after 6:15 the lady comes over to look at my nails. I ask her if I can change to a different gel color. I didn't want to get the same color in case maybe the gel polish was old hence the peeling and cracking. I didn't want to have to go another week with my nails peeling. She tells me no that they only have time to fix the ones that are messed up. At this point I tell her they all need to be re-done because the gel is lifting on them ALL. So out of frustration I agree to get same color. At this point I just want them fixed. There are 3 other people in the shop now waiting for their appointment at 6:00. She tells me I will have to wait because I have two other people in front of me. Lmao!! 4 people scheduled for 6:00?!! Two shitty nail techs working? This place is a dump. I just told them to forget about it and left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read their one star reviews. They are so true. So I make an appointment and I have to wait an hour for you to finish everyone else nails first? I didn't even get an acknowledgement that they screwed up my nails. They do NOT know what they are doing business wise much less how to provide a service adequately. Like I said this place is a shit hole. I spent 45 for my nails and 65 for my daughters nails and they can't even do a simple acrylic set and gel polish. I would rather pay to go somewhere else other than sit for an hour for them to attempt fixing what these idiots fucked up. read more

I love Nancy's! I've been going here for about three years now, and I am always so happy after I leave. Maya and Jonny are the best! They always make me feel right at home and pay close attention to my nails and preferences. If something isn't perfect, they start all over and make sure it's done right. I just walked out after getting a gel manicure (my usual), and I couldn't be happier. I chose a color that is not usually my style (which Maya noted), and when it was finished, we both notice that it looked a little plain. I've seen the amazing work Maya can do, so I just told her to do some designs that she thinks would look best. They look amazing! I can't stop staring at them! I've been to multiple places to get my nails done. But Nancy's nails is now my favorite place to go! They don't break, fall off or chip easily. My nails always come out perfect. Great service and very friendly. read more
