Hi Vivian! We don’t offer a gel polish change, you would need to book a gel removal + gel mani. All of our pricing is listed on our website www.lacquergallery.com under the service menu!

How much do your lash tinting and extensions cost?

Our lash tints are $25 + our lash extensions start at $300!

Hi, how much is it for a gel acrylic fill?

Hi Libby! An acrylic fill pricing depends on the shape of your nails + if you need gel removal or not - a square fill + gel polish is $65 + a stiletto fill + gel polish is $75. Gel removal would be an additional $5 on top of that!

Which gel polish brands do you use?

When I walked in I was super surprised to be greeted by a virtual assistant through a monitor. It was something straight out of the Jetsons. After they asked me a few questions they happened to have an opening an hour later so I swiped that one up and came back after a bit. I was randomly assigned a hairstylist, Minnie, and it was like the stars in the universe aligned because we clicked right away. She asked me all about my hair and what I was looking for. I'm a wing it type of person but I did have some things in mind. I ended up getting a trim with some wisby longish bangs and she was able to keep my length which was awesome. At the end she mentioned the different products she used in my hair and sent me home with a "care card" with recommendations on when to return and who else to see if she wasn't in. The whole experience was lovely and I'll definitely be back in a few months!

They have a lot of precautions put into place including taking temperatures when you enter. Additionally everyone in the salon wore their masks correctly which is not something that occurs in many places. I never thought I'd find someone on par with my stylist in Chicago, and somehow Beth is even better while saving me some money too. It is obvious that she not only loves but also prides herself in her work. She is meticulous and kind. And I'm always showered with compliments after I've been in for a cut!

As a result, I've had appointments with many of the women here and they all have done a fantastic job. The usual visit goes: I do a terrible job explaining what I want exactly (usually accompanied by a picture or two), they somehow decipher it and make their own suggestions, and I walk out loving my new color (and cut but I usually just trim a couple inches so nothing special there). Everyone's super nice and they're good at reading whether or not I want to chat or just have an hour or two of relative silence/escape from my hectic life. They also always suggest cheaper ways of doing what I want and I'm grateful for that (and it always looks amazing). They also always take into account my infrequency of visits and suggest things that will take less upkeep which is also appreciated. Picture is just the most recent haircut and color; sorry it's just half my hair but it might give you an idea! The only problem is that parking is a nightmare in the area. There are usually some free meters in the area (try a street down from the salon, next to the UDF) but if you're getting something that might take more than two hours, those two hour meters aren't super helpful.

I paid 57 bucks plus tip for this "cut." Once the next appointment showed up, mine was put on fast forward and I was shooed out the door - but not before trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. My hair cut had more lines than a movie script. Also, there was no fade. Just short hair. The hair wash was very nice. When I went back so that they could "fix" the previous attempt, I wasn't charged - though I kinda felt like they shoulda paid me! After learning I would be traveling to Vegas soon, she said I should wait on coloring it so it wouldn't fade in the sun. She gave me so much layering and body, while lightening the weight. My hair is so much easier to manage now and looks 100 times better. I'm a graduate student, and Darren is always mindful of my budget. But because his haircuts last so darn long, I can afford to get fancier color. She maybe said two things to me while I was there, not inviting or kind but had no problem chatting it up with coworkers. Clearly Lainey didn't want to be at work too late or find new clients with her attitude. I've had my hair this length for 3 years and have been getting fulls and partials the entire time and have never had someone completely not do underneath for a full - if it is truly a different service would have been happy to pay, but truly just felt like I was treated poorly and trying to get money out of me.
