She took…read moreme back to the blood draw area where a casually-dressed woman (long hair not tied back, jeans, open shoes) identified herself as an owner. She said the employee that was helping me was in fact a phlebotomy student and asked if I consented to the student doing the draw. I said yes but asked for them to put on masks for this. Apparently this was an absolutely alien request to the owner of a business that also does in-home blood draws. I got a stuttering "we don't have any... we don't keep them..." and then she dared to ask "what is it you're afraid of?" I shouldn't have to identify the risk conditions of myself or my household, but I did, at which point she started asking invasive questions about my blood cancer and assuring me she "understood" because of her sister's cancer -- which she then discussed in detail, tumor locations and all. If you understood, you would have masked from the outset. She even gave me the "stay strong" platitudes even after I explained that mine is chronic, not anything to be "beat," but she was insistent about making the conversation about cancer in general and not her failure to protect me from airborne disease. They did eventually find masks in a supply room and wore them for the draw. I got out of there as fast as possible afterwards. Very unsettling experience overall.

When I first walked in, I handed the front desk lady my paperwork and was told I needed to fill out the registration. I asked where to do that, and apparently the registration was on an upright iPad near the front. Silly me for missing it. A lot of the people in the waiting room noticed how rude the interaction felt, and several people even commented to me about it afterward. I honestly tried to give grace because she may have been stressed or overwhelmed, and I know healthcare can be difficult. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of Dana, the blonde phlebotomist in the back. She was absolutely wonderful. I hadn't had much water that morning because of an earlier appointment, so finding a vein was a little difficult, but Dana stayed patient, calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She talked with me, joked around a little to help me relax, asked how my day was going, and truly made the whole experience better. Dana has such a beautiful soul and gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. Employees like her deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in people's days. So while the front experience may not have been ideal, Dana completely turned it around for me. God bless you, Dana -- thank you for your kindness and for making my day better.

The worst was when a technician stuck the needle so badly that I ended up with the biggest bruise I've ever had from a blood draw. It was painful and took a while to heal. I still come here because it's close to my house and convenient, but I honestly wish the experience was better. Hopefully they'll improve their customer service and consistency because getting routine lab work shouldn't feel like such a chore.

The text instructed me to have a seat inside and wait for my turn. Inside there were seats lining the walls. This is a busy location. Pre-covid, it used to be filled. Since I had already scheduled a doctor's appointment, it was a win-win, so I had two appointments in one morning. I saw my name on the tv so I knew it was soon. It was 7:30, my appointment. Everything was verified. I also had my doctor's work order- this helps out a lot. The lady who drew my blood was nice. She checked to see if I was doing alright. I was done at 8 am. I tried to tell Elizabeth that my other arm was better because the vein was more visible, but she cut me off, and said, "Don't move." As I sat there, I could feel the needle moving around in my arm. I asked her what happened. She said, "You moved. I told you to stay still." She spoke to me in a tone that sounded like she was scolding a child. When I told her that she was hurting my arm with the needle, she pulled it out, and walked out of the room. I could hear her asking for help. When Shakira said she would do it. Shakira came in, verified me, then took my blood. She was polite, hospitable, and quick. That is how it should have been done from the beginning. It's Monday August 24, 2026 at about 10:45am. I arrived 55 minutes early for my appointment. I had…read morereceived a text telling me to arrive 15 minutes early and that any payment was due at time of service. When i checked in i was told my co-pay was $200 something and change. I reached to the money and was told that i need to have the exact amount as they have no change. Cash to the penny. Not having the exact amount and not being told prior, i pulled out my charge card. The clerk then told me that to use a charge card would require me to pay an additional 3% fee ($6.40). I feel that they should have change or if not they should not punish me to use my card. They could have told me prior to my appointment i which case i would have brought the correct amount. Yes, it's only $6.00, but i got nothing for the money. The place was nice and the techs were nice. My appointment time was 11:35am. I was taken in at 11:27am and out by 11:45am.

Reluctant, as I went to them when they first opened in LV, my MRIs then were not usable as the table shook throughout the study, my physician had no use for those blurred MRIs. I thought maybe with time, they got better. I was wrong! Last week at my appt, I brought my comparison disk with me. The receptionist said that she loaded it so that the radiologist can compare the 2 studies. Before my appointment, that was mass confusion about what was scheduled also the spelling of my name which meant, I was messed up in their system. I was desperate so I had to use them. I fixed their mess. The receptionist never loaded my prior study, lied to us, as of today, over a week later, no comparison was ever done. The technician Abe was the most unprofessional, rude and abrasive person I have ever met in healthcare. I was never treated like that before during any medical service. Before my illness, I was a healthcare professional, I would never treat a patient as horrible as he treated me. After this whole fiasco, their new site manager, Darlresha Tellis got involved. My husband waited over an hour for her to attempt to load my disk for comparison. Apparently, she must have no medical knowledge as I have been getting these ridiculous reports dating back over 10 years ago, no idea what they are. The new health issue is not related to the old issue. This facility is very lacking in any care for their patients. I should have looked prior, as their reviews are terrible, very low ratings, especially on other social media review sites. This woman Dalresha never handled the situation as she promised my husband, will not respond to any emails and basically told my husband on the phone, that it's too bad. I don't think she's competant to even achieve that simple task. From what I can see, the radiologists are knowledgeable with what they are working with. They probably do not have it easy with a technician such as Abe and the support staff there. My results have not been favorable but having to deal with these people has been a total nightmare to add to it. It seems like I will never get a comparison, as they are clueless. I have to block them to stop emailing these reports that are not even reports. It's very disturbing knowing that these people are dealing with other people's lives. If you treasure your life, please don't go to Simon!
