I thought I had a 7 am appointment but didn't review the info and it wasn't scheduled. Sara was nice enough to explain that I didn't complete the review so it didn't save. I arrived at 6:18 am and was out the door by 7 am. Sara was pleasant and professional throughout the process. The business was clean and the staff seem to have a good working relationship. Appointment system needs modified. I selected to wait nearby and receive a text. In the time it took me to walk inside with my toddler (less than a minute) - apparently they had called my name. I waited 20min only to learn I can't even find out if we're still on a list. In the 20min I was there I saw 3 other people have issues with not getting called back. Ways QUEST can fix this issue: 1) Give people at least 3-5 to get inside if they are waiting nearby...or evening 1min! 2) Have a running list of people waiting (or at least issue them a number) they can see so they know if they're supposed to keep waiting. (Like the Great Clips system). 3) Yell people's names louder so they don't miss their name being called - maybe a speaker? 4) Have a way for people to get their name back on the list if for some reason they missed their name being called. Maybe there can be a "missed appt" list that's good for 15min and you can get your name/number back in the cue? No customer service is CRAZY! I hate this model, but obviously I can't change it. Good grief, I planned my whole morning with a toddler to get his blood drawn at an ideal time and wound up walking out because I had no clue what happened to my appointment. I have to get blood work done often, about every 3 months, and sometimes more, over the past 2 years. Everyone that I have dealt with here has been amazing. They are all so nice and professional. I have tiny veins that makes it difficult to draw blood and they have all been extremely patient in finding ways to be able to do so. The appointments are easy to make as well as the canceling/rescheduling process and the check in is quick and easy. I've never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. I really wish I could remember everyone's name that I have seen here so their bosses could read it, but unfortunately I can't. I see a lot of bad reviews for here, and I understand that experiences can differ greatly, especially when it comes to your health and things like insurance come into play, but my experiences are wildly different than those. read more

I made an appointment prior to coming in. It was an easy check in process for myself. I did however notice that there was no reception. The office only has a check-in kiosk. This now puts a burden on the phlebotomist. They not only have to draw blood and process any work order but they have to be customer service reps. I understand why the employees get upset. They should consider having some sort of receptionist/representative as there is always room for technology issues. The morning of the appointment I received a text message with the address and a link to check in once I arrived. I checked in when I parked my car and walked right in. I waited 2 minutes before someone called me back. I don't like needles and the woman who helped me was very considerate of my fear, checking in with me. Finding a health center that isn't sketchy is something that I would highly advocate for. This location for Quest was not bad, the inside was very clean and organized with A kiosk check in. Now, they usually have appointments so you're not waiting to avoid a crowded waiting area but not on Saturday's for drug screens so I had to come back after 2 hours but that wasn't bad. Selena was very personable and efficient. You can tell she genuinely love her job. If you're in need of a drug screen for your job, I would say this is a location that you can feel safe in. Check in process is easy via phone and the kiosk. The phlebotomist, Tomomi, was excellent. I was so glad to be able to chat in Japanese with her, it absolutely helped my nerves about the blood draw. Only downside for this location is a cramped and unmanned lobby. Despite postings about adhering to social distancing and proper masks, lots of people waiting for walk-in slots refused to follow those rules. read more

Staff is rude and do not want to talk to patients. if you want t talk to a person you have to wait until they come out and call a different patient. when you do talk to the staff they seem bothered. AVOID ALL QUEST LOCATIONS!! The company feels it is okay to charge a customer over $300 for 1 blood test without prior notification. Then when you call customer service and request a manager, you never receive a call back. When you do finally reach a manager they give you an invalid Corporate Complaints ph#. Don't waste your time My grandmother came here over two weeks ago to get blood tests sent to her primary dr... nothing was sent. I made an online account and nothing was uploaded for her. I came in and they stated they don't know where her samples were sent and to create an online account. Once I stated I had done so and no information was provided the employee got in my face and yelled that they don't provide results. I stated she didn't have to be rude, I understand they can't give me results but i needed to know where they were sent since it wasn't to her dr. Prelude: OK I have a 13 yo who is 5' 8" 140ish...so the size of a reg adult who is pertrified of needles and has deep rolling veins. Now we get to Quest at 1230p and sign in. The overall environment was stuffy and very hot. I do think something was wrong with the reception AC, but whatever. They also closed the doors early and had to turn away many families (not sure why though as the office hours were clearly posted). I would call first if you are planning on using this Quest. TO BE BEST PART....NICK!!! This guy deserves a patience award. He not only explained everything to my kid thoroughly, he did not rush or lose his cool in order to get her blood drawn.I was prepared to have to hold her down but she willingly allowed Nick to take her blood and he even downsized the needle for her sake. Best bloosd workexperience with this child and she even said she isn't ever getting blood work done by anyone else but Nick! Phlebotomist Tayah is a rock star! Quickest blood draw ever! I have tiny veins that roll away, but Tayah got it first stab with the standard needle. I was in and out in two minutes. Great staff with outstanding management. I had totally forgot my work order and needed to get this test done by a very specific time in order to receive my next round of instructions. The manager there provided a solution quickly and was able to get me going. The tech was caring and nice. I only waited about 10 minutes. I had already had an appointment. They were quick and efficient. Office was clean and they had chairs spread out in the lobby to support social distancing. I made an appointment for lab work using their automated system. Took off from work and I showed up at my appointment time. I checked in at the Kiosk, took a seat and waited... And waited and waited. And waited. After 35 minutes had gone by another customer told one of the staff members that she had an appointment an hour ago, and asked when would they be seen. The staff member said they did not know because they were backed up. At no time prior to that did any staff member say anything about appointments being delayed. Their system is automated, why can't they send a message about being backed up? I wonder if they have the same protocol in Summerlin or Anthem? If only Yelp allowed 0 or minus stars. SHM read more

This Quest is so easy and quick. Coming from the east coast, I can't believe how good these centers are here compared to back home. Short wait times, easy checking in and we were in and out within 10 minutes. I've been here and there are long lines but you can put your name in a waiting list and see the estimated time slot. Much better experience at this location than the one by UMC on Charleston- went in with a 3:15 appointment and was out by 3:30. Staff was mostly friendly, made small talk and quickly took care of my blood draw. Location clean and neat. Only turn off was the first employee I encountered, who took one look at me and told another employee "you're up!" to take care of me, and then went to talk with another employee even though the lady she told to help me was clearly busy with paperwork. As I left, first employee was in the waiting room watching the TV tuned to Ellen. If this is a pattern for her, perhaps she should be let go. Today was my first time going to this place and the customer service there is awful. First of all there's Ipads for checking in and no human being you can talk to, you have to press the button and wait for someone to assist you and even that took long. There was a lady who was trying to ask a question and an employee instantly started to raise her voice at the guest. She was so disrespectful and the lady had an appointment and forgot the code so another employee said "well then how are we supposed to help you?". I agree, that lady should've had her code but how the employee went about the situation was wrong. She had an attitude the whole time this guest was trying to ask questions about her appointment, raised her voice at her and looked annoyed. As I was waiting for my appointment I continued to see workers be disrespectful towards guests. One of the same employees raised their voice at another lady who could barely speak english. If you're working in a job that requires customer service then at least assist the customers nicely. It's not their fault that you chose the wrong job. Absolutely disgusting behavior. read more
