I came to this location with a patient (RN here), who is an extremely hard stick. Something happened with my pt's transportation, & she wasn't able to arrive for her appt time. I told this situation to a very nice blonde, slightly foreign accent Phlebotamist, who was so extremely nice enough to help us with check-in and ensuring that the pt will still be seen in a timely manner. Fast forward to pt's arrival (almost 45 min later) the other Phlebotamist, which I learned later whose name is At, was so extremely professional, efficient, highly skilled (got the hard stick pt in 1 try!!) and super personable. Let's Talk Customer Service and Friendly staff ... Or Not... Let's Get Into it My mom walked in the rain with a walker from the breast center because the area was blocked. Her appt was made for 1:10 and we arrived at 11:00. She was wet and uncomfortable and I wanted to get her in sooner sincerely since we were already here. there is no reception and there is no one that ever answers their customer service line do simply go around voice prompts over and over again . I had to knock on the door just so I could speak with the provider when the lab tech came to the door she rudely said. "could you please not knock on the door. Did you need something ?" I explained the situation she rudely cut me off and said she needed to call 3 other patients that had appointments when it was clear that none of them were in the waiting room. I asked if she could take the timeslot. She said no we have to call them 3 times it's protocol and she can't take the slot. Well we waited 40 mins more. Not only did they not ever recall the names again it was clear they were not here. I asked again why my mom's 1:00 appt couldn't be moved up now after 40 mins? This time she closed the door on me. I'm so ticked off with the lab. No value to the patients, horrible customer service and VERY RUDE staff! At all cost I would even pay more just to not have to come back to this lab ever again and this is my second poor experience. Management should be more professional and proactive because this is not acceptable! read more

Scheduled an appointment to lab test. Yet, I noticed those without an appointment on the standby list were being called before me and others that have an appointment. I got here early and signed in early thinking that I might get called back early. I've watched 6 people get called from the standby list. Yet, your sign in the office says that you call back appointments before standby. That's absolutely NOT true. The staff don't care. Hopefully, management will see this and do something about it. read more

The power went out but came right back on. They canceled all appointments for the rest of the day. Wildly inconvenient and inconsiderate of everyone's time seeing that the power came right back on. I didn't even get to sit down when they called me. Went back, had the needle inserted without feeling it, and was back out in 15 minutes. It's very easy to see, and park, and by a Roberto's. Easiest way to my heart. Hehe This is a location that still does walk ins while a lot of them don't. Call the others before you go so you don't end up having to drive to a different one like I did. I had to get blood work done as ordered by my doctor. My daughter had to have blood work done also so we booked our appointments for the same day which was today. We both had Terrence draw our blood, and he was so calming and assuring. He made my daughter who is scared to death to have her blood taken. Feel calm, and everything went perfectly. I also had a great experience because of Terrence making getting my blood drawn not so bad at all. I would highly recommend this quest diagnostics, and will go back there again. read more

I've been to this location numerous times and my experience has just gotten better and better. Today when I came in, I was able to check in via a link sent to me over text message, so I didn't have to use the one kiosk on site. Great change. There was also no line (8:30 am appt on a Friday). I was in 1 minute before my scheduled appointment and was walking out the door by 8:41. The phlebotomist was very kind, and her skills with a needle are unmatched. Didn't feel a thing. Isn't this the de facto drug testing facility for the casino and service industries? I haven't had to come down here in almost 3 years, but I did accompany a friend recently to this location, conveniently located across from a CVS and a commercial plaza. My left leg was...tingly in a weird spot, around my knee cartilage. I attributed this to the expired sugar-free Red Bull I drank at work the night before. Why? Because it was in the fridge and people have jacked my Rockstars before. It wasn't until I flipped it over that I noticed...09/2007. Hmm. A year equals the five-minute rule when it comes to energy drinks, right? I told my friend to call or text me once he's done and I wished him luck as he disappeared into the packed lobby area. To try and take my mind off the funky rubbery feeling (kind of like when you chain-smoke 3 Menthol 100s and stand up suddenly) in my leg, I wandered over to CVS and browsed their energy drink selection. And magazines. And stuffed toys. And condoms (holy 30-pak!). And greeting cards. And.....wtf was taking him so long? Wasn't he scheduled for 3pm? Did he not follow directions and shit in the cup? With two girls? What the hell? I decide to let it hang and go across the street. I settled my month's insurance installment with State Farm, snacked on some pastries, and walked around the block. Dude, it's fucking hot. Irritated, I go back into the Quest. Whoa, snack bar with Reuben sandwiches! Score! I decide to ask about the funky feeling in my leg. Apparently, some of the ingredients in the Red Bull had alkalized (or something) and the tech basically said I'm lucky I didn't drink it on an empty stomach because it would have torn through the lining. Like ALIENS and shit. Wow. I hope he was messing with me. So my friend comes out 20 minutes later, paperwork in hand. Very professional, he said. Instead of taking a pee sample they do hair at this location! Cool. I guess that means they'll have to get it....elsewhere.....the next time I come in for a drug test. In and out within 65 minutes. Arrived 15 early for my 0830 appointment and found an empty waiting room. Quick and easy check in via kiosk using the QR code I received when I made my appointment. Almost immediately a phlebotomist came to get me. She was pleasantly and cheerful, and made small talk while inputting my lab order. With one stick and no poking around she collected my sample and I was done 5 minutes BEFORE my appointment time. This location is clean and was easy to find. read more
