I ended up going to and urgent care because by the time I realized about their mistake all the clinics were close. The very next day I went to the UMC clinic at Shadow Lane and they would not give me the PEP because I didn't have insurance. Then I remembered AHF and went there. They tested me, gave me access to their doctor, and the doctor prescribed me the PEP right away. Save your time and come to this place right from the beginning, I highly recommend it. All my experiences at AHF have been nothing but positive ones.

I'd never have known there was a Labcorp inside there until it popped up as one of the locations on the scheduling website for Labcorp. It's near one of my company's offices in town so is quite convenient for me. The entrance to the Labcorp facility is along the back wall of the Walgreens, near the pharmacy. As with other Labcorp locations, it is possible to check-in via text and wait outside in your car until they notify you to come in. There's not really any waiting area (the pharmacy area is often crowded) so I recommend checking-in via text. My tech, Tatiana, who took my test sample was also the person checking me in. She was very friendly and efficient; I was in and out in about 5 minutes. This was a very pleasant contrast to a competing lab whose locations typically have techs also doing administrative duties and resulted in bad customer service experiences, as per my recent reviews. I also noticed that this lab seems to open up last-minute availability, so it may pay off to check here if you need an appointment on short notice.

I found a pretty good selection of times even only booking one day ahead. You get a link via text message and can easily check in online once you arrive. There are also kiosks in the waiting area where you can check yourself in. Bear in mind there are no staff to check in with. Once checked in, you sit in the waiting room and follow your progress on a large screen showing checked in appointments and anyone waiting as a walk in. I was taken right at my booked time. Once in one of the back rooms the staff process your insurance and confirm which tests you need. The staff member was very friendly, and the blood draw was basically painless. I got vaccinated a month ago. I had Covid 4 months ago. but to make things worse I asked the Dr. to add it to the notes that I am not infectious. he said its up to TTS if they want to add his notes and that he will do it from his end. those A-holes didn't add their Dr.'s notes in my test results! Go to STDcheck.com instead of TTS. they are much better and half the price. That's where I'm going from now on.
