Where do I even start? Day 6 of Flu A, this was Doctoroo second visit to my home in 3 days. The level of care is EXCELLENT! I want feeling better so called Doctoroo this morning to see if I could get an appointment. Not only was I able to, but got one in less than 3 hours- incredible. Provider explained everything in great detail and why I needed fluids. To be able to lay down, on the couch in my own home was amazing. This scardy cat of needles is now converted. If I would have gone to the ER, I would have waited forever, and risked catching something else . Insurance ? Yes they take! $10 co-pay. I have color back, feeling a little better and definitely grateful for Doctoroo and their services. If you are looking for fast, QUALITY, medical care, look no further ! My wife had been ill for several days, so we called Doctoroo. Dr. Ray and EMT Zane arrived within 45 minutes of us calling. Zane was very gentle while taking my wife's blood pressure. Dr. Ray was very knowledgeable and kind. He actually sat down and went through her medical history with my wife. The doctor wasn't rushed at all. We wish our Optum doctor did this for us. He answered all our questions and allowed our animals to be around her while she was being seen. The doctor sat down and answered a few questions of mine about my medications. My wife was provided medications from his tackle box, so we didn't have to go to the pharmacy that day. I love the pediatrician but on a day I have to take off I'd rather get stuff done around the house instead of waiting for an hour and a half to be seen on a sick visit. Medically these doctors and associates may have been satisfactory, but their bedside manner to me the first time I used them was rude and dismissive. I thought perhaps I just got a doctor that was run off his feet. I then had the misfortune to meet up with them again and I'm immobile and on oxygen but they were at my home for my husband and were the same rude obnoxious doctors they were the first time around. Even my husband noticed it this time. The problem being they are unsupervised in their workplace (my home) and won't get in trouble unless I make an official complaint. They are starting to act like nothing can touch them. I have them my husband's phone so he would be able to contact me and he put it down and left it where I couldn't get to it being immobile. I'm their way of they left a chair blocking my path too so I had no way to walk to the door has I needed too. That is very hard for me to do. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Faulty EKG equipment they placed the leads and it was showing up that one wasn't attached when it was. The doctor who reads them never replied back to them with the results. I wouldn't count on them for anything as they made me feel as if I were inconveniencing them and was very condescending. One comment was made that " I should get my life together" I wouldn't even send them to my worst enemy. Nobody should be treated like that especially when they are so vulnerable. read more

I called Doctoroo with an upper respiratory infection, while staying at our condo on the Las Vegas Strip. I can't say enough good things about my experience. They sent somebody within a couple hours. Came right to my unit door. They even had tracking for their car, so I could see when they arrived. Doctor's analysis was very thorough, and he sent the prescription directly to the CVS on the strip in front of my building. They are really great! Definitely recommend using them. read more

Monique has visited my home twice, and both times, I've encountered disrespect, unprofessionalism, and dismissal. Despite using this service frequently, I've never had a negative experience until now. This supposed professional entered my home and attempted to make a joke about my inability to get out of bed due to illness, which went horribly wrong. I was there to be cared for, evaluated, and treated, but instead, I received rudeness and coldness. I've already called the office to lodge a formal complaint and request a refund. I refuse to pay a company for someone who doesn't treat patients with care and respect and doesn't even diagnose the problem. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. read more

Less than an hour after posting this review, I got a call from Shelby at Doctoroo. That was approximately 9:30 a.m. She had already called the pharmacy and the mobile imaging place. I had to call the pharmacy to pay the 14 cents so that they could deliver the medicine. Yes, 14 cents! They will deliver it early this afternoon. As soon as I hung up, I got a call from the X-ray technician. He said he could come over within 15 minutes. And he did. So from the time of posting the original review until now, under 2 hours have passed. And I'm now sure I'll get that med delivered in a timely fashion. I won't hesitate to use Doctoroo again and to recommend them! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This would have been a 5-star review, had it not been for the follow-up, or lack thereof. I called Doctoroo early Sunday evening. I was disappointed that the local number I had was no longer in service and is now being handled by a general national number. That turned out to be no problem. I was given an appointment time frame, between 8 and 10 pm., but she quickly changed it to 7-9. Even better, Jason and his assistant arrived at 6:20. So far, so good. I've been suffering from a painful, red and swollen back of ankle for nearly a week that has spread to the sides of the ankle. I can't walk on that foot. Jason was extremely competent and tended to me in a professional manner. He offered me an injection for the pain and and another one that was a steroid, to help with the swelling. He said I need to be on oral steroids for a few days, and sent the script to a pharmacy that delivers, since I can't walk. He also sent a script for a mobile x-ray. And that's where it ended. I never heard of that pharmacy,QHR, but fortunately, I wrote down the name. Then found that their website didn't even list a phone number. The pharmacy should have contacted me yesterday, since time is of the essence with steroids. They never did, and so I have no medication to take. I have no idea where he sent the information for the mobile x-ray, and I have not heard from them either. I am extremely upset that the contractors that Jason and Doctoroo chose to use are not responsive. The shot I got has long worn off, I am still in horrendous pain, and feel like I got just a temporary relief that should have been better, had the others followed up. read more

It was easy to make a same day appointment and they showed up earlier than expected. You don't have to drive to the nearest urgent care and wait with other sick people for hours. They came with test kits and some medicine. It was less expensive than the urgent care in our neighborhood. read more

Whitney and her EMT came to our house to give my husband a test requested by his doctor. As he had recently become bedbound, we really needed the in-home appointment. They arrived hours early and were totally professional. Whitney took care of the test and found another possible reason for my husband's sudden weakness. She took care of ordering a chest X-ray for the next day, when I informed her that he had an appointment with his Pulmonologist in two days. I don't know why there aren't more outstanding reviews for Doctoroo. I had been referred to another firm, who couldn't come. Really glad a friend suggested I try Doctoroo. Highly recommend using them, unless you want to wait a week to see your PCP (ours is wonderful, too.) read more

Erika and Kay came to my house last night and they were great! I couldn't hear so I called a few ENT's to make appointment but they were all two months or more out. I came across Doctoroo on yelp with 4 1/2 stars. I emailed them and they asked for my phone number and that they will call me. I just hung up and the phone rang it was them! They came the next day to my house, not only did they take care of my problem they also took all my vitals. They were extremely polite. I will definitely be one if their patients. read more

You request an appointment online or on their app. Then a customer service rep with get some basic information from you, and get your insurance information from you. They'll verify your insurance to make sure they are in par with Doctoroo. You can set up a date and estimated time of arrival that works out for you. You'll get a text the day of the requested appointment letting you know they are 10mins away. They checked me and my kiddos for flu and Covid. So they are well equipped with tests just like the urgent care. Im definitely using them for any future appointments. I love that you can wait in your home for them, and not worry of the hassle of going to your doctors office or an urgent care while you or your kids are sick. read more

This is the second time in 2 months they have come out and done nothing! When I first started using them I thought they were the best thing since sliced bread, even turned a few friends on to them. At the end of September I called them out for my kids, that had coughs and a lot of mucus. I was told nothing could be done for them and to give them honey. They wouldn't even do anything testing. I called them out for me tonight and they refused to do testing, told me that I had to sleep sitting up so i wouldn't cough at night and to go buy Robitussin. Voice is basically gone from all of the coughing I've been doing and they said it should go away in a few days and that I haven't been sick for at least 7 days in order to prescribe me antibiotics. I told them I had had the cough for about a month. I will never use Doctoroo again!!! I'm clearly suffering, straining my voice to talk, I can't walk far distances without having a cough attack but I'm told to go buy Robitussin. read more

This service I called at 9:30 and said it would be between 4:00 that they would show then they called back and said that they would be between 4:00 and 6:00 then they called back and said it would be 6:00 to 6:30 with an autistic adult they made wait and then a lady called her saying her name was Eva that she would be here in 20 minutes then I got a phone call back and saying that because she's autistic which is discrimination that they weren't going to show up then they asked if she was bipolar no she is not she takes seizure medications and diabetic and it was for a swollen foot that I'm her guardian and they said if I was in couldn't be in the room with her which is bull crap I am not pleased with this service they never showed up they made us take off a day of work for them not to show up I'm very aggravated and will be reaching out to the state nurse and the medical board because this is not right for somebody with autism waiting for a doctor to see them when I could have took her to urgent care if that was the case why make somebody wait all day long for them at the last minute to say they're not going to show I give them a zero star and I'm not recommending any of my friends to this service also after the phone call got a text message that they would be here in 10 minutes and they never showed this service is should be shut down as far as I'm concerned. read more

Great experience w/ a professional staff. My daughter and I were both sick. The Doctoroo staff came to our house. They come prepared with a weigh scale, testing kits, med equipment for a physical exam, and they can even print you a paper doctor's note for work or school. I am working in Vegas for the next 6 months. I had a bad cough, fever and some congestion. Whitney and Steven came to my hotel room within the hour and examined me. Doctoroo is amazing! My husband rapidly came down with flu-like symptoms this afternoon. He couldn't drive to quick care; I had to be with the kids, and dispatch health was booked out.
