The Care Giver was not educated on how to utilize self-cleaning oven. She lined the oven with foil which melted into the oven and is now impossible to remove. Nick refuses to acknowledge that his team member was negligent and he blames me for not educating his team member on how to use the oven. Please note that I was bed ridden and unable to walk on my own. I did not know she was lining the oven with foil.
