I purchased a package and am happy to say that I am very satisfied with my choice. The location is near St. Rose San Martin and near the rear of an office building off of Cimmaron. Super Quick in and out. I never had made an appointment and never have waited over 5 minutes to get my injection. I sign in, give them my shot card and then am seen within that 5 minute time frame. The facility itself is upstairs and very clean. They have a TV in the front that plays the news or home shows that is nice to watch while waiting. The front office person has always been very pleasant and everyone that has given me my injections is perky and friendly, even super early in the morning. I have had Alex on a few occasions and she is great. I enjoy talking to her even if it is just for a couple of minutes to get a shot in my hip! The B12 is $120 for 12 or $18 a piece. You can only purchase a Groupon ONE time. It says it right on the Groupon when purchased. Apparently, they have people trying to purchase multiple Groupons all of the time. It is a great deal without the Groupon anyway, so suck it up and purchase it at regular price and quit giving them a hard time :) I seriously love B12 shots and don't think I can ever live without them again. They are just part of my weekly feel good routine and I highly recommend them and this facility.

Inappropriate music is playing in the font desk area, which while not loud, is loud enough to be heard by patients waiting to be seen. The practitioners themselves are great, but the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. I would suggest the Cimmaron location. In my experience, as the front desk staff at that location conduct themselves in a professional manner.

I ended up going to and urgent care because by the time I realized about their mistake all the clinics were close. The very next day I went to the UMC clinic at Shadow Lane and they would not give me the PEP because I didn't have insurance. Then I remembered AHF and went there. They tested me, gave me access to their doctor, and the doctor prescribed me the PEP right away. Save your time and come to this place right from the beginning, I highly recommend it. All my experiences at AHF have been nothing but positive ones.

From the moment we walked in the owner Pomai treated us like family and was so kind! My spouse is a very very hard stick. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't able to get her veins at our appointment (no fault of her own). BUT because she knew how important the test and timing was and saw how difficult it was for my spouse to get around... She immediately called one of her other nurses and organized for a redraw the next day AT OUR HOUSE. Free of charge! Absolutely amazing service. She cared so much about getting the blood work done correctly and on time AND she had the empathy to not want to have my spouse come to their lab again the next day. Most unprofessional office . I originally scheduled an appointment online myself for 4pm . How does that makes sense if it's asking me what time I'd like to go in to test ?? So I get rescheduled to the next day . Sure enough I go in at 12 (scheduled time) and they tell me the unprofessional "DR" is taking a vacation and decides to not come in today . I then make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT for 12 the NEXT day . Sure enough I receive an email prior to my appointment that they need to RESCHEDULE AGAIN .. Finally I'm at my appointment and right away the "Dr" starts accusing me of giving a fake sample and told me not to give a fake sample that it will be caught . Proceeded to give my sample and right away the dr tries to say the temperature isn't up to code . I then ask if he can tell me the temperature or SHOW ME . And he says he can't because he already discarded the temperature. So he didn't want to pull out a thermometer and temp it in front of me to prove his belief. I've been at other offices where they do temp the sample and they do it INFRONT OF ME AND SHOW ME . The owner then proceeded to attack me with words and accuse me of giving sample I told him I could call my boss and let him know but instead he decided to call him myself and say he "believes " it's a fake sample although ( he did not temp the sample in front of me nor did he send it to a lab ) so who is he to tell me the results of my sample ? . I then walked out and contacted my EMPLOYER who laughed and agreed that " some people are just weird " . We are now scheduling with someone else who can set a proper appointment . The pharmacist was a little pushy on trying to get me to get the injectafer iron infusions even when I clearly explained that I react very easily to medications and am extremely sensitive, with very high medical anxiety due to it. I highly suggest speaking with your own doctor and doing your own research. I went with Venofer since it's widely recommended for people with sensitivities. John was absolutely amazing. I was supposed to go the day before but when I spoke to the nurse who was there she was so rude that I ended up asking for John per some reviews I saw and boy am I happy I did. I would've never gotten through it without him. He let me go as slow as I needed to, paused and restarted on my timeline, talked me through the anxiety by distracting me. Drew also helped when John had to leave the room and made sure to help me when I was feeling a bit woozy. They were a great team! Laura helped me move my appointment to them and was so kind and understanding about it. If it wasn't for the 3 of them I would've given this place a 2 star at best. Highly suggest working with them if you are going here
