The text instructed me to have a seat inside and wait for my turn. Inside there were seats lining the walls. This is a busy location. Pre-covid, it used to be filled. Not the case today (a few weeks ago). I had the fasting appointment so I wanted an early appointment. Since I had already scheduled a doctor's appointment, it was a win-win, so I had two appointments in one morning. I saw my name on the tv so I knew it was soon. It was 7:30, my appointment. Everything was verified. I also had my doctor's work order- this helps out a lot. The lady who drew my blood was nice. She checked to see if I was doing alright. I was done at 8 am. By that time, there were more people waiting for their appointments. Thank You for using useful technology Quest- I think it makes a huge difference. Bring your doctor's work order. Set the appointment online. Use your cell's text message for confirming and signing in. Be on time for your appointment.

Not only that, but she disguised it as if this was a service offered by my doctor's office (unrelated practice on the same floor). She TOLD me, that she would PULL MY PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION FROM MY CHART without ANY prior consent, in order to set up a consultation with her. Absolutely disgusted, because who KNOWS how many unsuspecting patients she's done this to already. Grateful she chose to give her sales pitch to the wrong one on the morning of 08/06/26. The LABCORP manager was informed and has NOT followed up with me, or offered any resolution or apology. From my understanding, the tech is still actively employed. The location was reported to the US Dept of Health & Human Services & OCR regarding violating HIPAA. This action is not taken lightly.

I'd never have known there was a Labcorp inside there until it popped up as one of the locations on the scheduling website for Labcorp. It's near one of my company's offices in town so is quite convenient for me. The entrance to the Labcorp facility is along the back wall of the Walgreens, near the pharmacy. As with other Labcorp locations, it is possible to check-in via text and wait outside in your car until they notify you to come in. There's not really any waiting area (the pharmacy area is often crowded) so I recommend checking-in via text. My tech, Tatiana, who took my test sample was also the person checking me in. She was very friendly and efficient; I was in and out in about 5 minutes. This was a very pleasant contrast to a competing lab whose locations typically have techs also doing administrative duties and resulted in bad customer service experiences, as per my recent reviews. I also noticed that this lab seems to open up last-minute availability, so it may pay off to check here if you need an appointment on short notice.

This was a very easy lab experience through Quest. It's very simple to book an appointment online…read morethrough their website. I found a pretty good selection of times even only booking one day ahead. You get a link via text message and can easily check in online once you arrive. There are also kiosks in the waiting area where you can check yourself in. Bear in mind there are no staff to check in with. Once checked in, you sit in the waiting room and follow your progress on a large screen showing checked in appointments and anyone waiting as a walk in. I was taken right at my booked time. Once in one of the back rooms the staff process your insurance and confirm which tests you need. The staff member was very friendly, and the blood draw was basically painless. In my texts, I was instructed to click on the link to "Check in" before going inside. I went inside. No need to check in. There were a dozen people in the Waiting Room. It didn't seem like I waited a long time. (The very familiar Sesame Street characters were on the TV. Intertwined with health related announcements.) The female clerk was very nice. I gave her my paperwork and my insurance card. She verified my info. It was easy. As long as I don't look, I'm good. Later on, I double checked my info too. Easy-peasy. She said people try to squeeze in before their actual appointment or they didn't realize that they made the appt for a different location, but get mad at them when they don't honor it.
