    I've been to this location a couple times and I'm always amazed how organized the whole process is for lab work. I made my appointment through the App and it's super easy. Their appointments are in 15 minute intervals. The day of my appointment, about an hour before I received a text with a link to check in when I arrived. I did as soon as I parked and was about 7 minutes early. Parking was easy. As I was walking in, I received a text saying to enter the service center and have a seat, I would be called soon. The place was packed. They have kiosks to check-in but no receptionists. It was a few minutes and my name was called. My guess is there are a lot of walk-ins. The lab tech was excellent; professional and friendly. She confirmed the labs I was getting and we made small talk while she drew blood. She said some of the results would be ready as early as the next day on the App, which it was. The rest were on the App the following day. The entire visit was quick and efficient.

    I went to Quest Diagnostics as a walk-in and was shocked by how I was treated. When I arrived around 1:15 PM, I was the only Black person there. There were about six other people ahead of me on the standby list. I patiently waited as every single one of them was seen. When it was finally my turn, the staff told me they wouldn't see me because they were "closed," claiming they take their last standby at 1:10 PM ,just five minutes before I signed in. What makes this worse is that all the other walk-ins were helped, yet I was the only one turned away. The staff member, who said his name was "Jim," refused to assist me further. I can't help but feel this was discrimination, and no one should be treated like this. Extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience. Quest Diagnostics should be held accountable for allowing such unequal and unprofessional treatment.

    Every time I make an appointment. I get in super fast and I am out of there in 8 minutes, this time! They do an excellent job!

    Lack of any type of patient care, they honestly make you feel like they are doing you a favor by being seen by them.

    Terrible first time experience…read more Walked in around 9:47. Walked out 11:05 without being seen. First, the front office staff was extremely unprofessional. I kept hearing gossiping in the waiting room & the lady whom took in my insurance information was just rude & seemed bothered to be there. Waited a whole hour, a new patient with wife walked in & seemed like the doctor and them had a friendly close relationship by the way the doctor literally came to the front door desk to say hi to them & thank them for coming by. Not even 30 min pass by and this Jonathan person with wife gets called in to be seen. Extremely upsetting to have to go through this especially when one is sick. Seems like this might be a good office to go for medical needs but clearly left a terrible impression on me. Wouldn't recommend

    My second time needing this facility. But basically the same…read moreissue- knee pain. I checked the website to review their services.... and was happy they did exactly what I was looking for- a steroid injection in my knee- as I know "if it works... it works " Exam and x-ray revealed- inflammation and swelling- which I knew by my pain level. Told Dr yes - want the injection he left to retrieve it... so I thought but in walks two techs. I just said " oh - you're going to do it ?". She said yes - where do you want it " in your arm or butt"???? after I realized she wasn't kidding- I asked to see the doctor- explained/ asked what was going on? I was informed he wasn't comfortable doing the steroid injection. They were going to do an intramuscular injection- This could have gone two ways - a one star or five star rating.... I was given a choice to wait 20 minutes and they could have someone there that could administer the steroid injection. Fantastic he came previous dr watching to learn pain is much better already... so once again THANK YOU!

I downed some molecular hydrogen (helps with radiation) on my way there and was worried there would be a wait to get in (it has to be taken 30 mins before your scan). I walked in, checked in right away, the front desk staff was pleasant. I used the restroom, it was clean. I sat down and sent a text then was called back by a gentleman who introduced himself as the person who would be doing my scan. It went really fast, and the injection felt like literally nothing. In and out and done. If anything happens with getting the results back, I'll update this review, but otherwise I'm a happy camper!

The reps answering the phones lacked empathy and care for me and basically gave me the run around because my ultrasound wasn't done by them. It took over a month to schedule an appointment. The day BEFORE my biopsy, they tell me it's $1000 co pay. WTF? The day before. They won't bill me either, they need money up front. I come to the appointment and the waiting room is disgusting. The chairs, bathroom and space were untidy and unkept. I paid the co pay and there was a 5% surcharge for using a credit card that was NOT told to me until after I tapped my card. Way to take MORE money out of your patients. This place is a joke and quite frankly, it's what you get when you have shitty insurance. Since switching from my PPO to Cigna, this is the only option I have. It's sad to see the healthcare system drop so drastically. I really hope I don't ever have to come here again?
