Needed a D.O.T. physical. Had an appointment at noon. Showed up at 11:24. Out of there by 11:50. Quick and easy. No turn and cough.

5 Stars - Review for NP Cristina M…read more Both my husband and I see Nurse Practitioner Cristina M., and we can't say enough good things about her! She's incredibly conscientious and really takes the time to understand our individual health needs. Cristina always makes sure our blood work is done on time, and she stays on top of our medications. We also appreciate that she personally follows up with phone calls when needed--something that's rare these days! It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and we never feel rushed during appointments. We're also grateful that the front office no longer requires masks--it's made the experience feel more welcoming and comfortable. The critical point about healthcare for oneself is that you take responsibility for your own health and make sure that you connect with your doctor, and I feel like this is a place that we could do that easily. Also-- I love being able to text message for appointments!! Cristina is a gem, and we're thankful to have her looking after both of us! -- Donnell & Ron S.

I proceeded to schedule the appointment assuming it was with Dr Singh. Yari the lady who asked for me to send her my insurance card front back as well as all my demographics. Which I did ....just to come into my appointment for them to delay my visit and say they needed to verify my insurance??? Excuse me....the girls here are unpleasant and rude ... one looked like she just rolled out of bed ... they could not even answer a simple question.... I thought I was going to finally find a Dr here in Vegas ! Nope not sure why they just hire anyone . I been in the medical field for 32 years and I could and would NEVER treat a patient the way they did ! Christina and her team need to wake up call! Say good morning ... hello etc with a smile .... Not do you have an appointment! Don't waste your time.... I might take this tik tok and see how many people experience this as your reviews are horrible !!!

Unlike PCPs, Optum U.C. is open 24-7; usually not crowded; and equipped to do x-rays, CAT scans, etc., during the same visit. Optum U.C. stitched up my bleeding eyebrow from when I fell off my bicycle landing on my head, they examined a 4-year-old lesion in my upper-left earlobe later diagnosed by an ANTI Reservoir Dogs dermatologist as cancer, and they now have me well on my way to recovery from a 3-week lingering dry cough. Besides being impressed with the professional/friendly service from front desk to doctors, I constantly refer to Optum's easy-to-read, 5-page report of everything that transpired -- invaluable toward ensuring consistent successful outcomes for me. Thank you!

This experience was not only disappointing, but unacceptable by any reasonable standard of medical professionalism, particularly where a minor patient is involved. My 11-year-old child was forced to wait nearly two hours to be seen, with no meaningful communication, explanation, or updates provided during that time. The clinic appeared clearly understaffed, yet no effort was made to manage patient expectations or show basic courtesy. Long waits can happen; complete silence and indifference should not. The conduct of Supreet Kaur, PA, was especially troubling. Her demeanor was callous, dismissive, and unprofessional. At no point did she demonstrate empathy, urgency, or accountability. In a healthcare setting--particularly urgent care--this lack of professionalism is both alarming and inappropriate. Equally concerning was the behavior of the front desk staff. After I calmly voiced a legitimate complaint regarding the excessive delay and lack of communication, the staff member at the counter appeared entirely indifferent. Most egregiously, I was threatened that my son would not be seen at all simply because I complained. Retaliating against a concerned parent--especially when the patient is a child--is wholly unacceptable and deeply unethical. No parent should ever feel intimidated or punished for advocating for their child's care. No patient should be subjected to hostility for asking reasonable questions about delays. And no medical facility should operate in a manner that suggests patient concerns are an inconvenience rather than a priority. This clinic demonstrated: Severe inefficiency Poor staffing and management A complete lack of professionalism Inadequate communication Disrespect toward patients and parents I strongly urge CareNow leadership to review the operations, staffing practices, and employee conduct at this location immediately. The experience we endured reflects poorly on the organization as a whole and raises serious concerns about patient care standards. I would not recommend this location to any family seeking timely, compassionate, or professional medical care.

I went in with a doo-rag, sweats and a hoodie. Was looked at suspiciously but thought nothing of it. After waiting and being sent into an examination room I explained the car crash, what happened and the areas affected. The nurse taking down my history asked me the basics. Me having ER nurses throughout my family (aunts, granny, mother) i know doctor, lawyers are not who you lie to. So i made sure to let them know that I didn't do drugs and rarely drank, i dont even like to use Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but was a heavy cannabis user (in terms of dealing with pain) [I have been in the cannabis industry for a long time consultin/managing working with cancer patients to manage pain and nausea during the medical only years] - I saw the nurses eyes roll as she wrote this down. i was already getting side eyed but that must have been the thing that set them off because i was treated as if all of my pain was fake. Everyone became extremely dismissive, they reluctantly and with attitude told me they would give me a CT scan. As i went through that process the tech doing my CT asked if i had any other paid i described areas around my eyes and head and how it felt kind of dull. He looked at me and without a seconds thought said "this sounds like a sinus infection, we cant give you anything for that but we can suggest some medications" i looked at him like he was dense. And kept to myself. I get the scan wait for the results and the physician looking over the results comes in and checks me out. Touching my neck, my abdominal. I gave her detailed account of the car crash, how it happened, how i was positioned and what i was feeling. She tells me off the cuff "well we cant give you anything for it, just ibuprofen" I am shocked. She doesn't talk about or try problem solving just telling me that she is waiting for my scans. 10 mins later Gets my scans, and tells me there is swelling but nothing serious. Pain should go down and to put ice on it. I know and feel something is wrong so I call my friend a former cop, she gets me in with a chiropractor that very next day. In the mean time I call my aunt (now retired) and she agrees, she was so pissed she almost called herself but I told her not to worry because we had other family matters going on at the time. I go to the chiropractor he doesn't want to touch me before knowing whats happening. He orders an MRI and a CT scan- days later after getting the results 3 of my vertebrae are rubbing against each other cuz i had blown out disc. My lower abdominal pain was because two disc were pressing against my sciatica!!! Over time i started to have partial paralysis in my left and right arm. Very poor grip strength. All the of the medicine professionals i saw from then on were kind, patient and understanding never dismissing me very worried about solving the problem. Ultimately i had to get a ACDF surgery on 3 vertebrae in my neck and cortisol shots in my lower back!!! If i had just listened to them i would have been in a horrible place. Luckily through love and care from professionals who actually LISTENED AND CARED; I am back on my feet. I am powerlifting and close to where I was prior to the car crash. Still have a lot left to do an go but I am a firm believer in CROSSFIT and what it has done for me. I have NEVER been treated the way i was treated there. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Listen to your instincts and make sure to write down names of every one who helps you. Make sure you get a 2nd and 3rd opinion! I know this is years removed; but have u ever had such a bad experience you just wanted to leave it all behind? I was in such a bad place trying to pick my body up to be as functional as possible I didn't want added stress, from something i couldn't control. i just wanted to leave that experience behind but now I am absolutely making sure ppl avoid these types of places and go to real hospitals that care. Hope this helps anyone looking; SUMMERLIN hospital, Valley Hospital, Sunrise - those are people WHO CARE
