    This is my new spot for getting my Lab services. This location is perfect! I was greeted by the staff when I came in. I was already checked as soon as I came inside the door! I made an appointment before I came. I was called in by Kiana! She greeted me so pleasantly , took her time, and took my blood, NO problems, Kiana was straight to the point, such a sweet young lady!she was VERY professional, and I made sure that she knew that! This is the second time within 30 days that I have came in, doing a check in on my phone! I was at Quest no more than 8 minutes total! The PROS: Make an appointment, and keep it! When you open the doors here, have a seat, and check-In, that's it! You don't need to check in on "THEIR" machines, I promise, you! Kiana called me after sitting only 1-2 minutes! In and out real quick! Great service, the staff is amazing, and I will be back soon!

    Walked In checked in quickly, brought my photo ID and Insurance card scanned front and back on the check out kiosk computer thing. I was super early to my appointment about an hour and only waited about 20 minutes before I was seen. Once I got in the phlebotomist took all my information again, she took about 7 Viles of blood. Once she started looking for A vein she found one quickly and drew my blood with no pain, she was a professional. I usually had bad luck where they roll my veins and have to fish around not today!

Their online check in is the easiest, and the best. As on as I pulled up, I whioped out my handy-dandy cell phone, and checked in. Within five minutes I received a response to proceed to the front desk. The receptionist who greeted me was very nice, and pointed me to the room. As I waited I watched As one of the labs tech walked around complaining about a previous patient. She didn't have anyone in the room with her, so I assume she was on the phone. After about 10 minutes, that same woman with redish-orangish hair walked in and asked me my name. After getting all of my information she proceeded to prepare my arm. As I turned my head, and squeezed my husband's hand, she angrily said, "What are you doing?!" I wasn't sure what she was referring to, so I asked her what she was talking about. She said I was acting weird (?) I told her that my husband is my support system, and I always hold his hand because I don't like needles. She said, "The next time you go into a lab, let someone know you need a hand to hold." Again, I was confused by her statement because holding my husband's hand didn't require a lecture. I'm not sure what was going on with her, but she clearly was in an argumentative mood. When she was done, she told me to advise my doctor of my fear of needles. For someone who has willingly come in for labs, being treated disrespectfully is unnecessary.

I went in with a doo-rag, sweats and a hoodie. Was looked at suspiciously but thought nothing of it. After waiting and being sent into an examination room I explained the car crash, what happened and the areas affected. The nurse taking down my history asked me the basics. Me having ER nurses throughout my family (aunts, granny, mother) i know doctor, lawyers are not who you lie to. So i made sure to let them know that I didn't do drugs and rarely drank, i dont even like to use Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but was a heavy cannabis user (in terms of dealing with pain) [I have been in the cannabis industry for a long time consultin/managing working with cancer patients to manage pain and nausea during the medical only years] - I saw the nurses eyes roll as she wrote this down. i was already getting side eyed but that must have been the thing that set them off because i was treated as if all of my pain was fake. Everyone became extremely dismissive, they reluctantly and with attitude told me they would give me a CT scan. As i went through that process the tech doing my CT asked if i had any other paid i described areas around my eyes and head and how it felt kind of dull. He looked at me and without a seconds thought said "this sounds like a sinus infection, we cant give you anything for that but we can suggest some medications" i looked at him like he was dense. And kept to myself. I get the scan wait for the results and the physician looking over the results comes in and checks me out. Touching my neck, my abdominal. I gave her detailed account of the car crash, how it happened, how i was positioned and what i was feeling. She tells me off the cuff "well we cant give you anything for it, just ibuprofen" I am shocked. She doesn't talk about or try problem solving just telling me that she is waiting for my scans. 10 mins later Gets my scans, and tells me there is swelling but nothing serious. Pain should go down and to put ice on it. I know and feel something is wrong so I call my friend a former cop, she gets me in with a chiropractor that very next day. In the mean time I call my aunt (now retired) and she agrees, she was so pissed she almost called herself but I told her not to worry because we had other family matters going on at the time. I go to the chiropractor he doesn't want to touch me before knowing whats happening. He orders an MRI and a CT scan- days later after getting the results 3 of my vertebrae are rubbing against each other cuz i had blown out disc. My lower abdominal pain was because two disc were pressing against my sciatica!!! Over time i started to have partial paralysis in my left and right arm. Very poor grip strength. All the of the medicine professionals i saw from then on were kind, patient and understanding never dismissing me very worried about solving the problem. Ultimately i had to get a ACDF surgery on 3 vertebrae in my neck and cortisol shots in my lower back!!! If i had just listened to them i would have been in a horrible place. Luckily through love and care from professionals who actually LISTENED AND CARED; I am back on my feet. I am powerlifting and close to where I was prior to the car crash. Still have a lot left to do an go but I am a firm believer in CROSSFIT and what it has done for me. I have NEVER been treated the way i was treated there. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Listen to your instincts and make sure to write down names of every one who helps you. Make sure you get a 2nd and 3rd opinion! I know this is years removed; but have u ever had such a bad experience you just wanted to leave it all behind? I was in such a bad place trying to pick my body up to be as functional as possible I didn't want added stress, from something i couldn't control. i just wanted to leave that experience behind but now I am absolutely making sure ppl avoid these types of places and go to real hospitals that care.     If I could give -1,000,000 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible and completely…read moredisgusting in how they treat people. I went to the ER after a car wreck. I handed them my insurance information right when I got there. All they did was take my vitals, ask where I was in pain, refer me for pain management, and I left. That's it. No surgery. No procedures. No real treatment. Just a basic walk-in ER visit. I assumed they billed my insurance like any normal, honest facility would. My insurance would have paid the allowed amount and that would've been the end of it. Instead, they decided to put a lien on my insurance settlement check for $15,000. $15,000 for vitals and a brief ER walk-in. They didn't even have the decency to tell me they were doing this. There's apparently no law requiring them to bill insurance first, so instead of accepting what insurance would have paid, they chose to come after my settlement so they could try to get more money. Almost a year later, while I'm finally getting my payout, my lawyer informs me they placed a lien on any money I receive. For what? For walking into the ER. They are not here to help people. If they think you might receive money from an accident, they will absolutely try to grab a piece of it. It feels predatory and greedy. They care more about squeezing every dollar they can out of you than actually helping patients. Do not go here. They are worthless, dishonest, and completely out of line. If you value transparency and basic decency, stay far away.

I checked in for my 8:10 AM appointment and waited while monitoring the patient queue board, going in and out of my car to ensure I didn't miss my name. At some point my name disappeared from the board even though other 8:10 names were still listed. When I went inside to ask about it, staff would not explain what had happened for approximately 10 minutes. An employee named Eric eventually stated that he had called my name three times and that I would have to check in again and be placed on the standby list. When I calmly asked whether an exception could be made since I had been actively monitoring the board and waiting nearby, he told me to "lower my voice" even though I was not raising it, and then closed the door while I was still trying to understand what to do next. After another wait, he came out and waved me back, which made me believe I would finally be seen. Instead, he informed me that it was now 9:02 AM and implied that because I had mentioned wanting the test done before 9:00 AM, they would not perform the test. When I attempted to clarify that my doctor had only recommended testing before 9 AM, he dismissed me and said he had other patients. This interaction left me extremely upset and in tears. The lack of clear communication and the dismissive manner in which I was treated were unacceptable for a medical facility. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses both the communication process and the level of professionalism shown to patients.

    This was my first time visiting this Quest Diagnostics location, and I honestly didn't even know it…read moreexisted before now. I went online to schedule appointments near me, but the closest location had no same day availability. This Decatur Blvd location was the next closest, so I booked three appointments...one at 10:30 a.m. and two at 10:40 a.m. for my daughters and myself. Parking was a bit limited right in front, so I ended up parking closer to Sprouts. Inside, there were a few seats available. The check in kiosk was somewhat frustrating to use since it's a tablet behind a plastic screen and very finicky with touch. I checked us three in on each three kiosks, and the one on the far right worked the best. Although our appointments were scheduled for specific times, we weren't called back until about 15 minutes after the first 10:30 a.m. appointment. Once we were taken back, however, we were seen one after another without any further delays. The first phlebotomist (Room #10), who drew blood for my youngest daughter and myself, was professional, friendly, and helpful. My youngest was nervous at first, but she relaxed once the needle was inserted, thanks to the phlebotomist's calm demeanor. Unfortunately, the experience with the second phlebotomist (Room #4), who drew blood for my oldest daughter, was not pleasant. She was rude and unfriendly from the moment we entered the room. During our visit, another employee asked her if she could help with a client who had a shy bladder because he needed to go to lunch. She responded rudely, saying, "Did you not get the email that we can't change donors?" It was clear he hadn't received the message, or he wouldn't have asked. She could have easy spoke to him much nicer, especially since we were also in the room. Overall, while part of the staff was great, this interaction felt unprofessional and lacking in courtesy, which really impacted the experience towards the end of our appointments.

Google maps directs you to the wrong location. Just look for petco and super cuts and you will see the quest diagnostics center

When I complained that I had always had my bloodwork done there from that same doctor, they pointed to a sign that said "Only Optumcare patients" but I am an Optumcare patient, and my doctor is an Optumcare subscriber. It was kind of humiliating they way they did it, in front of the whole waiting room of people. I was stunned. It was 7.00 a.m. and I was hungry, fasting, and had driven over 12 miles. They were kind of rude about it, like "hey idiot, can't you read." So I called SW Medical hotline. They said my doctor is not an Optumcare doctor too. But then I had another procedure that same day at SW Medical, in radiology, and they said he was an Optumcare provider and had no problem with me and my order for that procedure. God given Family please be sure to ask questions when you visit here and stand up for yourself. They do not know more than you. Do not let the treat you like they do. We all go to school and have the opportunity too. Nobody is better than you! Nurse Christian (The older man with white colored hair) was a bit sarcastic and rude. Don't allow him to disrespect you. I'm not sure if it was a sense of racism or thinking he is better but just be sure he gives you the information you need to be sure you are taken care of properly & stand up for yourself. I should not have had to call back with questions. All should have been answered at the time of visit. I pray they get better leadership over there and can have direction for even the older more tenured nurses. Empathy, Compassion, Professionalism Communication & informational accuracy skills need to be developed drastically.
