They worked together seamlessly, with such precision, calm, and genuine care--it immediately brought comfort during a difficult moment. The nurse who took care of me, Bryan, is a young man with an incredibly big heart and a true willingness to serve. His sincerity and compassion were deeply felt. He cared for me the way a son would care for his father--with patience, respect, and genuine concern. Because of him, I felt better not just physically, but emotionally as well. I am truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Thank you, Nurse Bryan. May God bless your good heart and the work you do.

It was a bit odd walking in because everything is clearly marked but it all kind of looks closed. Luckily, it is well labeled so we tried the door we thought it was (first one on the left, from entering the front doors) and we were helped right away. Our appointment was at 730AM but we got there around closer to 7 but we were helped right away. The appointment itself was in a different suite so a nice volunteer brought us there right away. The nurse in charge of giving instructions and asking questions for the surgery was so sweet and really nice. She was bubbly and funny and made us feel better about what was to come. She had all of the information and she even called back later to correct some instructions that didn't align with the doctors orders. I liked how clean and orderly everything was. Also, the room we were in was fairly large so it was comfortable for both the patient and a guest to be in there (we both got comfortable chairs, woohooooo!) It was nice to see the up front out of pocket cost of the surgery as well, so we knew what we were heading into when we came to the hospital on the day of the surgery.

Rick roll number two everybody's always nice. They're easy with the needles so that they don't hurt an older woman who has thin skin. Dr. Carr was right on the money. She was nice enough to ask me about my doctor and what she thought what we should do since this is just kind of a strange thing that I can't get rid of this cough needed more steroids. I can't thank you enough everybody for really being there bringing me warm blankets making sure I have water if I need it and being kind because I went by myself and left my boyfriend at home. Thanks again for everything.

The nurse Suzie was absolutely amazing and Dr. Crazen (I think?) was wonderful. They answered all my questions and took the time with me to explain everything that was going to happen and what was happening, which I fully appreciated. I ended up having to get a CT scan and they were super amazing in telling me exactly what I was going to expect since I had never had one before. I really appreciated that. I will spare the details of why I was there (I'm good now for anyone reading this and worried haha), but they took really good care of me and I was able to be discharged pretty quickly which was really nice. The facility is really nice and clean as well. The room was comfortable, too. Again, really enjoyed how kind and nice the staff was and for taking good care of me.

I had a procedure done here and was treated with respect, dignity, and genuine care from start to finish. The nursing staff is truly top-notch. Diana, my pre-op nurse, was fun, personable, and highly competent. She took the time to explain everything clearly and introduced me to the entire team that would be in the operating room, which really put me at ease. When I woke up, my post-op nurse was just as attentive, even offering me juice and cookies--and let me tell you, do NOT pass on the cookies, they're delicious! It wasn't an experience I would have chosen, but since it was necessary, I'm so grateful my doctor, Dr. Sang Lee, practices here.

Wear warm, comfy clothes because it cold in there. And advised me of what to bring with me, how long I should be there and instructions for my driver. We arrived at 6:26 walked in, signed in and was checked in just a few minutes later. The nurse came and got me and my friend from the waiting room and took us straight to my bed and got me prepped for my procedure. Super easy endoscopy, just had to remove my sweatshirt and put in a gown. Shortly after, another nurse came and started my IV and got me all ready. There was one person before me. And I was kept in the loop with time and everything. My friend was told not to leave that it was going to be really quick. Just as promised I was wheeled back, everyone who I hadn't met yet introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing. Next thing I knew I was waking up in my little room and my friend was brought right back. I had water waiting for me and a cute little Crumbl cookie. Everyone was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate scheduling another procedure here!

The previous time I did this, I was able to go during my lunch break. Here's what happened this time. First I got an email from PDS Medical on 12/24/25 reminding me I have an appointment on January 7th, 2026. I confirmed the appointment. Then I get an email on 12/30/25 reminding me I have an appointment and letting me know that I can save time by using e check-in. Done. I checked in using the online portal. Finally. I got a text message the morning of my appointment on Jan 7th again reminding me I have an appointment. Confirmed! My appointment was at 1:30pm, so I took a lunch break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. I showed up at 1:15pm. Checked in at the front desk. The receptionist, a very nice lady named Esmeralda charged me my $70 copayment. She emailed me my receipt. Receipt received in my email at 1:17pm. I waited in the lobby patiently. I was then called in at my appointment time exactly at 1:30pm. The assistant took my blood pressure & weight, then escorted me to the waiting room at 1:35. I sat in the waiting room until 2:00pm! Christine V. never showed up! I heard her walk into a room of a patient that showed up after me at 1:58pm! There was no communication from the staff letting me know they were short staffed. Nor was there any communication for warning me that the wait would be longer than expected. I left as soon as my lunch break ended 2pm (and returned to work late). I did let the nice receptionist know that no one ever came in the room to see me. She could tell I was upset when I walked out. Do you think anyone called me to apologize? No! Not during the drive home, nor during the remainder of the afternoon or evening! The next day I got a message from the MyChart portal letting me know my prescription refill was denied. The portion I paid for my blood work on 12/24, and the $70 copay for the office was a waste of money!
