If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. This woman is crazy. I made the mistake of showing up in person not knowing it was a phone consultation. No one was there and so I call the site. Julie calls back and told me it was a phone consultation. I was not even upset. I was at the physical location which is this series of office suites and no sign that says anything about "Safe Body Imaging". I said, well that's ok, no big deal - I'll just talk to you here then. Then she says, rudely, "What do you want to know?" I thought I was going to be asked questions or at least be nicely told what this is about and if it suits my needs. I asked her about getting a breast cancer screening to see if this picks this up or not on thermal imaging. "I CAN NOT LEGALLY DIAGNOSE CANCER". I said, ok, but it picks up on anomalies..., right? She said it was on the website and she was quite rude and curt. I said to her, "You know what? I'm not interested, but thanks". I hang up. I walk down and am going to my car across the parking lot when Julie shows up - with a middle aged man and says: "This is Julie - was I just talking to you?" I said, yes, but I'm no longer interested. I just wanted to get in my car and go home. This crazy woman proceeds to scream at me and call me a stupid b*tch and says that I am rude. She continues to scream as I walk away to my car. Honestly, there is something VERY wrong with this lady. Please avoid her. She's crazy. The reason I showed up in person was because the email I got back said WHERE with the address. Change your booking system so people don't get confused. Better yet, just avoid her. She clearly needs help.
EDIT: 98% of what she is saying below is not true. YES, she's right, I did not have an imaging appointment with her, and I'm glad I did not. She was rude enough in the consultation with me. Whether or not I paid for a service doesn't matter. You are a business owner and talking to potential customers like this is a shame. I'm sure there are security cameras around that can back up what I am saying. When I told her I was not interested, she launched a verbal attack against me. Go ahead and call the police. You don't have a case and I'm sure there are enough security cams around to back up what I say happened as true. When I told her on the phone that I was not interested - I said thank you, I'm not interested. I hung up and left the building and walked out to my car. She gets out of her car and says "I'm Julie - did I just talk to you on the phone?" I said, I'm not interested - and she proceeded to call me a stupid b*tch. There was NO reason to approach me and calm me down. I wasn't even that upset when I left the building until she approached me and verbally attacked me. My husband was feet away in the car waiting for me and saw and witnessed the whole exchange. You are more than welcome to call the police. The only reason she is on here saying she took my license plate is she is trying to scare me. I have nothing to be scared of because I wasn't the first one to launch a verbal attack at her. If this doesn't stop, I will call the police first and have the security cams there analyzed. She is only scared because she knows what I say is true. Did you or did not call me a stupid b**ch, first? You did. I I kept walking away.
I was on the phone with her and left the building - and she shows up and approaches me? That's really strange behavior. I wasn't raising my voice on the phone and there was no reason to come and calm me down. If you felt like I was so angry - why would you get in your car and come to the building where your office is and find me in the parking lot? That's not exactly normal. Just hang up the phone and move on with your life. It wasn't that big of deal. But you find me in the parking lot? Do you realize how that sounds and looks? It's odd!
You're on here with this because you're scared of a bad review. You were probably having a bad day and I apologize I was confused but when I got the email attached below to show up in that location, - I was under the impression I was to show up to this location. The booking settings should email to say that it's a phone consultation. Your site does say that yes, but a month later, when I looked back - the email (screenshot below) says the location of the consultation. You should email clients with a reminder that it's on the phone. Me showing up thinking it was an in-person appointment was my mistake and I certainly misinterpreted, but, I was willing to still talk to you but your rudeness and curtness on the phone was a bit overkill. You catch more flies with honey. Please take responsibility for how things occurred. It's okay you were having a bad day and I forgive you for verbally attacking me first, but don't be surprised when people will not put up with such abuse. What I say is 100% true. Also, when I told her I'd be leaving a bad review for what occurred today, she said, go ahead - I'll just delete it. read more
