When I felt like I was being annoying, she was sweet and willing to help me every step of the way. She even made me laugh a couple times! And Rosa who took my bloodwork and preformed my breath test, was gentle and sweet. This was truly a shockingly good experience because I went to a different lab company the day before and I was so frustrated with them, I walked out. Oh and the screen in the wait room to show when you are next in line is a nice touch! The last place I went to, I sat in the waiting room for an hour after check in and was never acknowledge. A screen like that would have given me some reassurance that I wasn't being missed. Labcorp, thank you for not only opening on a Saturday, but for also hiring people who care about their patients.

Despite my scheduled appointment and following all the instructions like fasting and bringing my lab orders. I was refused a basic blood draw simply because they were missing a minor detail about where to send the results. It's really frustrating that I had to rearrange my day for something that should be basic administrative work on their end, and not something the patient should be taking care of. Disappointing service.

I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system. If you are the owner of this business you should really think about how you talk to people. Yes my business was taken elsewhere. Narcolepsy is a very rare neurological disease of which I have a severe case of. I mentioned that United Health Care was dragging their feet AGAIN over another PA for medication prescribed by neurology.
