The toasted sesame bread was perfect for the delicious garlic / tomatoe sauce it was paid with a white that was crisp and light and perfect for the dish. If that wasn't enough, the pour was very generous. I moved to the gnocchi with ox tail. There were large pieces of meat which complimented the soft gnocchi well. It was paired with a different wine. That wine was good on its own but better with the meal. I ended up taking most of the dish home. I ended with a chocolate chip and one pistachio cannolli. We think it might have been the mayonnaise or the lettuce, which would make sense because my son was fine. He had not lettuce on his sandwich and had a different mayo.
