It seems like it has many caveats from places that accept it. You can only use it for full-peice services, and you can't book a package of services or seasonal specials. The shop was comfortable and very hippie inside. A bit too many chotchkies for sale inside, but retail is necessary , I realize. The music was a little too crazy and loud for me. Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. The massage was also great, but ended really quickly. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place. Give it a try though. Better than any local chain.

He had a male therapist who was able to get into his knots and give him great care. He felt very relieved afterwards. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match that. My therapist, one of the few female therapists working that day, seemed tired and a bit rushed. There were several areas that my boyfriend noticed his therapist addressed that mine did not, which stood out since I've had deep tissue massages elsewhere where those areas are typically worked on. It was later in the day as that was when they had the availability for us and so I can understand their fatigue a bit. The front desk lady was super accommodating to us and even gave us a free add on service to make up for our troubles. Overall not a bad experience just mediocre in my opinion.

Our 2 hour couples massage went from $310, because the front desk guy kept upselling us, like coming into the massage rooms during the massage, which is absolutely insane. For one, it's creepy, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I always request women masseuses because I was molested by a male masseuse at age 14. For two, it's predatory. People in a relaxed state are more prone to agreement, which I've seen actual legal contracts be voided for. We also were not given pricing for this ridiculous add ons, and we were not warned of the effects of cupping. We have bruises up and down our backs. Anyways our massage was $200 more than we agreed to during the initial booking at the front desk. Can't recommend this place in good conscience. I will likely be doing a chargeback or filing a dispute or a complaint with the licensing board. Massage rooms should be a safe place. These are not.

Totally do not recommend going here. I've tried to get a massage at this location three times. Below is my third experience and my last. Waited in the lobby and rang their bell multiple times and no one responded. So then I walked outside and called them. Someone answered and when I asked if they had openings for a massage the person said they didn't understand what I was saying. I said massage and they said, "WHAT YOU WANT?!" At that point, I yelled back "a massage" and told them I had been in their lobby and no one came out. They told me to come back in and by then I thought it would be best not to. The front lobby isn't clean and they have curtains blocking the view into the front desk area. The glass is already tinted so not sure why curtains are needed too. Overall, it looks shady. So I'm sure your next question is why did I try so many times? Well...my chiropractor, nail shop, and the art supply store I like to go to are all in the same parking lot. But as I mentioned, I won't be going there again as they don't seem to want to do business with me.
