He had a male therapist who was able to get into his knots and give him great care. He felt very relieved afterwards. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match that. My therapist, one of the few female therapists working that day, seemed tired and a bit rushed. There were several areas that my boyfriend noticed his therapist addressed that mine did not, which stood out since I've had deep tissue massages elsewhere where those areas are typically worked on. It was later in the day as that was when they had the availability for us and so I can understand their fatigue a bit. The front desk lady was super accommodating to us and even gave us a free add on service to make up for our troubles. Overall not a bad experience just mediocre in my opinion.
