When my sandwich was delivered by Brandon, I asked for ketchup; he returned with an empty bottle and walked away. I ended up eating the sandwich without ketchup and barely touched the fries. Throughout the meal, no one refilled my water or checked on the drink, so I finished with nothing to drink. Overall, service felt inattentive and rushed. Given the late hour, I hoped for basic hospitality--fresh condiments and drink refills at minimum. I'll likely try a different late-night option on my next visit.
