Went in for lunch sat at the bar bartender did not even acknowledge me for more than 5 minutes. once she did she did not offer me a menu . Once I got my menu she asked would you like something to drink and I said yes tea please then she walked away and continue to set up her bar it was 1145 not sure why the bar was not set up already . Came back eventually probably another five or 10 minutes ask me what I would like to order. Ordered a salad asked for it first and then some wings . Finish taking down my order I asked again my drink she says it will be here in a minute. Finally my drink showed shortly after that my wings came out no salad no silverware. And then the manger walked out of kitchen so he got a ear full. Never will return to chili's I think this is 3 times in a row that food and service has been way below par . read more

I do not recommend this place at all. We visited on 1/3/21 at around 5pm and we ordered the 2 for $25. The food was horrible! Chicken on pasta was hard and so was the penne pasta- pic provided. And the steak was really bad, too. I also added shrimp to my steak - got 4 mini shrimp for $2.99- NOT WORTH IT! - pic provided! The best and ONLY part of our visit was the corn and the blue moons! read more

We showed up on a rainy afternoon. The hostess took my name and phone number and the host that was next to her interrupted us and came up asked us to wait outside because we couldn't be inside. There were other families waiting inside to be seated and I asked him why there was people waiting inside and we couldn't. He told me that he was about to ask them to step outside. Thought they were serving at 100 percent capacity. We were finally seated 40 minutes later; the waitress took forever with our drinks. Then our food came... it was cold. We were so looking forward to having a great Friday night dinner but no, it didn't turn out that way. We will never return to chili's nor will we recommend. Headed out to chili's a couple of days ago, enjoyed my meal and the service was great. However the restaurant needs some serious cleaning! I mean just touch under your booths, the windows are smudged, and the restrooms a mess! I happened to notice that due to COVID-19, take out orders are at a maximum right now, but what I found extremely peculiar is that I saw what I believe to be a manager standing drinking coffee in the bypass, then proceeded to have lunch in one of the restaurant tables. I do not see a problem with anyone dining in the same place but I found it weird that it happened during a to-go rush, and all this while all her employees where hard at work. Walked into this restaurant tonight, and we were greeted by no one. After eventually being seated at a very grimy table with a filthy floor, we reviewed the menu as we waited for our server to arrive and take our drink orders. The server never arrived. Not one employee who walked by noticed that we sat there for over ten minutes without any further service. I've received more attentive service while eating at What-A-Burger. We walked out of the restaurant, and again not one employee seemed to acknowledge our existence. We took our business to Logan's Roadhouse. I called the restaurant to let the manager know that the restaurant had lost our business, and the only thing the manager cared to offer was an excuse that they were short a server. He neither asked for my name, nor how he could make it right. It really is too bad that the experiences at this restaurant have been a long and steady decline. Though I do find the menu appealing, I will not return, and I won't be surprised if they are closed within the next year or two. I just don't feel that it is acceptable to write it off as just par for the course for chain restaurants. Business is earned; it's the employees who who earn it, not the sign on the front of the store. This restaurant's employees need to take more pride in the work they do, or leave. Seemed decent. Take out takes a long time to get here but think it's better than Applebees from what I hear. I'd give it 1 star for my last visit but the first with the family was solid so cannot complain. Nachos are horrible stay away from. I'd suggest easy items like chicken fingers and not anything you couldn't find on a kids menu, sadly. read more

One of the slowest services I've received in a long time. This Chili's obviously has horrible management because every part of the experience was miserable; slow to order drinks, slow to order food, food was cold, bills were mixed up, and wait staff took forever to return with change/ running our cards. Granted we went during lunch there weren't that many customers there. Probably for good reason. read more

Let me say I did not dine in here so I'm leaving this review for a take out order I had the Cajun chicken parmesan it was delicious when ordering the staff on the phone was very helpful and friendly when picking the order up I don't give 5 stars for take out from sit down restaurants but the food was perfect and delicious I will be returning to dine in next week so I'll leave a follow up later. read more

Went last week for dinner, the meat in our hamburger sliders were raw. Too much money for low quality food.

I've been to this location several times, and have experienced horrid service most of them. I don't blame Chili's for this, though. I understand some people just suck at serving, and do just good enough to not get fired. The reason I give this one star is because the food is disgusting. I absolutely hate it. Not just this location. Every Chili's I have been to tastes like garbage. Nothing has flavor, and if it does, it's a bad one. The steaks. Don't get me started on the steaks. I realize this isn't a steak place, but they sell some steaks. They shouldn't. They don't even taste grilled. They taste like they were cooked under a damn heat lamp. It's gross. read more

Chile's is on of my favorite restaurants to go to celebrate any occasion or just to have fun. Chile's is not only good for their food it's good for the great customer service. There is nothing hard about deciding what restaurant to chose the only hard part is picking what to pick to eat on the Chile's menu. Everything is so good. It has food for me my husband, and my kids. Chile's is great for everyone to come by and have a good time! read more
