And still people were coming and all waiting. And waiting and waiting. By the time we got our food it was close to an hour and a half, the chilaquiles were lukewarm at best and the tacos were served in reheated tortillas. I know those- it's when the flour tortilla ends up getting on the crispy side. Sent the chilaquiles back and did not reorder. How can you serve it to a customer when the cheese has been melted and they waited too long that the cheese cooled and congealed. Instead of receiving an apology or having the situation handled professionally, he was given three tacos instead of four, with only beef and tortillas no onion, no cilantro, and no salsa. After checking his order, he had to ask for the missing toppings and finally received them. As a Latina myself, I find this entire experience incredibly disappointing. If you're serving customers in the United States, there should be an effort to communicate with them and provide the same quality of food and service regardless of whether they're Latino or American.
