I am a loyal customer of red lobster in Laredo, Texas. My family will order food from there at least three times a month. Most recently, they got my order wrong , and I called the manager Ceci to make her aware of this situation. She apologized and said she would call me back. She never did claiming that they got busy. Apparently too busy to take care of problems with a loyal customer. In speaking with her again, I asked why she didn't call me back and claimed she got busy. Oh well, due to Ceci's lack of professionalism, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Probably Mariscos El Pescador. Apparently, my business or money isn't good enough for them. Super friendly staff, delicious food, and a lovely romantically dark atmosphere. I know it's a chain restaurant but this Red Lobster is usually calm and relaxing to go to which sets it apart from others I've been to. The staff is always knowledgeable about promotions and refills drinks right away. If I could eat here every day, I would.
