I really wanted this place to be good. But like anything here in Laredo is it way below expectations. Especially the bartenders! The woman named zaynah or whatever her name is. If you see her don't bother. She's always in a bad mood and apparently can't serve a draft beer without spilling everything. My wife ordered a draft beer and pint glass was spilling all over the place. Also this other smaller guy that's there is always making faces and in a bad mood, with a condescending tone. These people make the experience worse than it needs to be. Yes the arcade is fun. But I'm sorry, most of the employees at the arcade are awful and aloof all the time. The male employees are unprofessional and the definition of naco. Best to avoid any service that requires them especially the dine in area. I use to love bringing my sons here, however the environments professionalism has disintegrated. Overall, just go for the arcade, and the best thing about it... no contact with BRAIN DEAD employees! The food was really good very tasty but the service needs some work. we paid For a bowling game weren't inform that it was timed so we didn't end up finishing our game and as soon as the time was up for the game we were still eating and got rushed by being asked if we needed a plate to go while still eating and they started cleaning the table while us still being there. Last month we took our son, his 3 siblings, and several friends here on a Monday night for his birthday. We spent around $300 on game cards, activity bracelets, and food for 10 people. Well we really enjoyed the games, activities and even the food we had a problem with customer service. My friend and I stayed in the dining area talking for hours while the kids played games and my husband did the activities with the kids. So the waiter saw us, brought us refills and we ordered appetizers and all kinds of food. For a good part of the time my friend and I would go play arcade games with the kids and then come back and sit down. We stayed until they closed pretty much, I left about 20 minutes earlier to give my friend and her children a ride home. My husband stayed with the rest of our children until they closed. We brought a birthday cake that was specially made for my son's birthday, and it got thrown away. As you can imagine my husband and I were upset because common sense would tell you that the people who had been sitting there and are still inside, probably plan to take the cake with them when they are done. When my husband spoke to the manager the next day the manager said that he would compensate us in someway to make up for the mistake. He gave my husband four 30 minute game cards, and four activity bracelets for one activity for our children. This hardly seemed like compensation and a waste of our time to come back for 30 min. We weren't expecting to get refunded our money, but we were hoping to maybe get some of the unlimited cards that we paid so much money for that night on another Monday, especially for our son who missed out on the rest of his birthday cake and now is discouraged about coming here. read more

Not because they are busy but because they simply don't care. They can even come as close to making eye contact and still not approach you to take your order-especially if you're ordering on the "SNACKS" side. They will avoid eye contact at all costs to not take your order. Very few employees, maybe like 2 actually take their job seriously, the rest are just absolutely milking the clock. We recently held a birthday party there and it seemed to be going well until the end. They did not time things right. I did everything they asked at the exact time they asked. I even asked my guests to show up 15 minutes early. Since they did the activities out of order, THEY ran behind. My party was due to be over by 1pm, but they were still doing laser tag. They wanted to move my entire party of 20 plus people to two 4 top small tables to sing Happy Birthday and have cake. 20 plus people to sit on 8 chairs?! The staff that helped with the party apologized and said it was their fault but that the manager was pushing them so I asked to speak with him. He came over, acted like he had no idea what the problem was, then was rude and behaved as if my irritation was annoying. He said we could have 10 minutes to eat cake then they would "politely move us to another location. By the way here is your bill." He was awful and I would rather go to any other place in Laredo for a party than to deal with him ever again. If the parties cut it that close, YOU as a company have a problem, not me. I paid for the party and for certain activities and I followed every order they gave me in order to move the party along. Then your manager treated me like I was the problem and that all he cared about was me paying the bill. I have never felt more disappointed and disrespected by a manager before. I do want to say that the people that actually helped with the party were extremely nice and apologetic. One even apologized for how rude the manager was. read more

Please read my review and I hope that it really reaches someone in your corporate office that really cares more about making a child's memorable experience a great and last one, than just turning a profit. Looking at reviews for this Laredo location prior to planning a party for my child and possibly another 2 months later. I have been there before with my children 2 times. I also experienced your staff's lack of customer service, but we did enjoy the activies. Your costumer reviews regarding party events and your staff, including management's lack of professionalism, pride and loyalty to your company seems to be very, very poor to say the least. Your response to the reviews are all cookie cutter responses, which show lack of true interest in their experience and the time people take to post a review. Which should be taken seriously in order to better your costumers visit and willing to spend their hard earned money there. If management at this location is the issue, why would you reply back that you will pass on the complaint back to that same management. It obviously doesn't fix the problem if it keeps happening. You're out to make a profit, I get it. But, at the cost of a child's happiness and stealing what should be a very memorable moment in their lives. I will would rather drive 2 to 3 hrs out of town to create that moment for my children than to have it ruined by your rude, unattractive, uncompassionate staff. So, in behalf of your future visitors and their happiness, please make a must needed change to this or any other location with this PROBLEM. Thank you very much for your time, keep America Beautiful.
