No one didn't come to take our orders, this isn't the first time this has happened, and we had to wait for a while. I just wanted rolls, but they didn't come with them. My dad had to go get someone to take our orders. Once he came back, someone came minutes later with the rolls and took our orders. I hope the next time we come, this doesn't happen. The food wasn't that great, the steak tasted of nothing, not even mesquite smoke. The bartender was very chatty and friendly. I have been to Logan's many times, went last Sunday and it was the lousiest 12oz ribeye steak I have ever had there, steak was about 1/2" thick, just not like the ribeyes I've had in prior visits, what has happened, just terrible quality I feel I got ripped off. My wife ordered her favorite the chicken teriyaki and most of the time it's a full butterflied breast of chicken and this visit it was half of that what's going on at Logans? Seated immediately, drink entree order taken quickly. Drink can out very quickly. Staff is very friendly and upbeat from the hostess to the waiter and other staff waiting other tables. Ordered a Filet medium, wedge salad, and sweet potato with a draft beer and water. Real ceramic plates, metal silverware, paper napkins, and vinyl table cloths. My steak needed no sauce etc... juicy tender and quite flavorful. Sweet potato had burned skin so I did not eat it. Which I normally do. The inside was good. We all got food poisoning after eating here on Dec 20 2021. The food wasn't great but since it was recommended by my father in law. We decided to try it, the only good thing is the bread and chicken tender. Other than that, the steak is touch, shrimp and chicken is overcook. Worst $110 I ever pay. I went today with my family and friends in hopes of some good food and customer service to celebrate my birthday. Everything was well at first, we asked for another thing of rolls that alone took 30 minutes, our waiter then took another 15/20 to even come back and take our order. A person in our party ordered a dessert before hand and didn't get her dessert until after we all had finished our food. Which by then was 40 minutes in. Customer service was horrible. I myself work in customer service and around people all day so I can understand a bad day, but Colton our waiter just completely shifted his focus on a bigger table. We asked to split the bill and all $160 was charged on one card. I just wish he had the same enthusiasm and customer service with all tables. The food was great but service not so much. The wings usually have a really good flavor though they are a little toooooo dry today. They've made better wings in the past. I had one bite of the wing and called the waitress to let her know. She brought another batch of wings. These ones we're just smothered in wing sauce. Their salmon is good; I should have ordered it. My Caesar's salad had a heavy fishy flavor (not sure why) and had 4 small strips of grilled chicken. The chicken was way over done and had a lot of charring. Not going to be back anytime soon. It's right next to the mall (Mall del Norte) so you can do some shopping for the day then stop on by for some steak. Food: Not bad at all. I had the rib eye. It was cooked right, but rather dry. Came into town for the weekend to visit family and decided to stop at Logans for dinner. The ribs were so tender they fell off the bone. The sauce on top was perfect as well. The best part was the server. He continually checked on us and when I noted that I didn't want to take one of my sides to go, he showed genuine concern as to why.
