Logan's is your typical American fare restaurant. It has nothing great and the majority of their menu is OK. This particular restaurant seems to have their share of new servers or servers that are not too customer oriented. Service was ok. Took 7 minutes for my damn water. Water... Really? The sirloin fried steak was majority bread and felt like 3Oz. Steak. All that for 12 bucks. The only thing I thought was good was the loaded mashed potatoes. read more

WOW, the food and service here was Fantastic!!! I had the Chicken fried steak/mashed potatoes n gravy... It melts in your mouth. Hubby was very pleased with his made to order Ribeye, seasoned fries and broccoli platter. The server will keep your glass full too! For being a steak house they don't know how to cook steak my wife order a meduim rare steak and specify more on the rare side came back well done.. as for myself I order mine meduim came back well done as cwell.. my shrimp came 20.minutes later after we return our steaks by this time the rest of my family is done eating.. waiter was to afraid to call the manager and wanted to explain why the food was wrong but couldn't figure what excuse to use... by this time it's been 30 minutes n finally manager came but also couldn't give a straight excuse.. so by the time I'm finish talking to him our steaks come back now good to perfection but by this time is 45 minutes n my family wants to leave so we have to hurry up and eat cuz kids are getting fuzzy... never again would I go to this laredo logan's ever again.... like always laredo bad service n no customer service..... boo read more

so I wrote this review for one reason, there was a special server there when I went there last month, who made the dining experience awesome. Lets just say, people make the difference. I wish I could remember the girls name, but she actually turned around what looked to be a horrible evening just by being perceptive and taking the time to notice. I know when I go to Logan's what to expect, a decent meal, fair price, their business model works. I was totally not expecting the treatment we got. If a manager contacts me back, perhaps he or she can tell me the name of the waitress if I describe her so I can give her a proper thank you here and update my review, I failed to keep the copy of the receipt. I hope he can give a shout out to an employee for us. It was too busy and we gave up our table when we were done rather than waiting on a manager to tell. read more

Logan has reasonable price nice environment to have lunch or dinner with the family. The stuff are very welcoming when you walk in, it's very clean. The stuff are ready to take the order and nice service. Need a place to have an event of any celebration take the family to eat at Logan rode house. Love those steaks read more

Don't understand the other reviews, this is Laredo, tick it times are always long, what's new? The food is great, I've been here many times over the last three years. I always get the roadies with fries, amazing meat. My mother gets a wood grilled chicken, with a pepper corn dressing, sometimes she's gotten the mac and cheese by accident and let me have it. It's very good and you can tell it has real butter. The ticket times ARE improving and I've always had great waiters. I'm also a local of 28 years, born and raised, it's not over priced either depending on what you want to spend. read more

Went there last night for apps and a few beers with the husband. We sat at the bar. The bartender was Mr. Ray of Sunshine. Barely could look at us. The food was OK. What was really disturbing was where the bartender and the servers were pouring drinks. It was right over the ice sink...so whatever overflowage went right into the ice! This place have no customer service at all. I came here with my family, the hostess walked us to our table, half way there he say, " oh sorry someone just walk in and took your table." he got the nerves to tell me I will Be on the waiting list since there's no more table, good news your the first one on the list. Uh stupid I was there first, all he did was oh you going to have to wait. I will never come here, the service is horrible and the hostess are stupid. And the manger did nothing. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the service, but the food was horrible(cold) the sides were good and the kids food came out last. The manager was standing around and just looking at us instead of touching the table and trying to figure out what's going on. Never again! read more

I love coming to this place with my dad when whenever we get the chance. The food is amazing and I especially love the bucket of peanuts they give us and that awe-insipirng dinner rolls before your meal course is to die for. Not to mention, the customer service has never failed me. read more

I went with some friends during lunch time on a Thursday. Our waiter was ok. He was nice and took our order, brought us our food and drinks. I had to wait for my drink refill because he didn't check up on us for a while. Then when I saw him, I was actually looking at him talking to another server for more than a minute until I waved him down. I didn't like that the first thing he would do is talk instead of checking on his tables. The food was OK. I ordered a new york strip, medium well. It was cooked well done and it was very dry. The taste was a bit to salty for me. I wouldn't go back if it was my choice. I would go only if someone else really wanted to go eat there. Overall, it wasn't too bad of a lunch but it could have been better. read more
