However, on my last 2 occasions the sandwich didn't quite have the same taste as previous times. Kind of weird since the ingredients are the same. But just to give you an idea I asked for lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber on my brisket and they just put it on the top of the sandwich after it was already packed together. Not inside. That was a really odd way to make a sandwich and sloppy presentation. I'll give it a go once more since this place really used to be one of my favs but hopefully this time it lives up to its past reputation.

It may have been that she was new but this is seems incredibly rude. Instead of remaking the sandwich, they pinched the inside of the bread to remove the mayo and mustard. In the process, they removed half the bread out of the sandwich. They then took another 30 minutes to give her the sandwich while they laughed at her expense. My mom has limited resources, and ended up not eating the sandwich. The limited money she has was wasted on an inedible sandwich. Management and employees need to do better, and I would never trust the quality of their food and terrible service. Eat at your own risk.
