Delicious burgers, flavorful fries, Mexican sodas, not crowded!…read more Six of us decided to check this place out for lunch on Tuesday. The place was small--12-20 tables--and empty, which was good for us but too bad for the owner. Each of us ordered a different hamburger--so many delicious sounding options to choose from! I got the BBQ Chipotle burger with thick cut bacon, fresh sautéed mushrooms & onions and melted cheese, topped with a sweet and smoky sauce. Loved the bun, which had the restaurant's logo toasted onto the top! The burger was accompanied by flavorful Parmesan fries and a pickle wedge. Our meals were generous enough that half of us could not finish our food. The owner/cook was very friendly. He said he also has a food truck and will do catering. Although they do not sell alcohol, he said you can bring your own beer. (The bathrooms were clean and the ladies room had a changing table.)

I had the dry aged burger without cheese. This burger was FANTASTIC! You get a giant onion ring and thick cut bacon on your burger that makes each bite great. I honestly could have ate 10 more of these burgers because it was good. My girlfriend had the Mexican burger and she also felt the same way about her burger. They also have a different twist on their fries. They are sliced and appear almost like chips. Without a doubt I'll be returning to try more of their sandwiches and milkshakes!

I got 4 tacos for $13, which is reasonable given that it's brisket and they include avocado, onion, salsa. The brisket for me was lacking a bit in flavor, and was a bit dry. I'd probably try a different item in the future, or perhaps their brick and mortar is better quality. Overall though the taste was good and I'd go back to try what else they have!

You'll order at the counter and they'll bring your food to you. I ordered the crispy conchinita tacos and fried dill pickle spears. I was alone and it was enough food for two at a reasonable price. Hamburger w/ bacon 8/10 Fries 8/10…read moreA coworker of mine who was born and raised in Laredo has been telling me that this is his favorite place for burgers. The burger had great taste. Fresh patty with perfect amount of seasoning. The bacon was crunchy and the slice of ham enhanced the flavor. The Grande is filling and the fries were pretty good too. A bit smaller and they would have reminded me of the Freddy's frozen custard fries. Only thing I would do differently is ask them to toast the bread more. Looks like they threw it on the grill enough to give it marks. I will definitely be back if a burger craving hits me while I am in town.
