I found the tostado siberia to be quite tasty too; shredded chicken + jalapeno sauce in between two corn tostado shells; squeeze the sour cream on it to take the flavor profile to another level. The fajita quesadilla and tacos (tripa & brisket) were also tasty. The chicken chalupa had good flavor but I could probably do without it due to being a tad soggy. But probably cause I saved it for last; I should've eaten that first. This will probably be on the rotation for taco spots in Laredo.
