I ordered a couple of fajita tacos and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The only pro was the…read moreabout of meat you get, but it didn't help if it's not seasoned well. Also, the taco is held in a single corn tortilla which doesn't hold the weight of the food. It broke easily and ended up being very messy. I'd rather try other taco spots in the area before returning.

Taco Tuesday in Laredo led me here as this was not too far from my hotel. And after being…read moredistraught from my arrival to my lodging area, I knew tacos would cheer me up. Walking in here, I saw the tacos were the street taco type based on what was served to the diners here so I figured I would order more than a couple. It smelled amazing and had me foaming at the mouth after I put my order in and waited with anticipation. I decided on the following flavors: -pastor, -tripa x 2, -brisket -pechuga tacolare especial (chicken, ham, bacon) After giving me my bag, I immediately raced back to my hotel, unwrapped everything and was a bit confused on how they wrapped it. Most taco places I've been to usually have the tacos wrapped individually or bunch them in the folded format. They were wrapped up laid flat so everything was on top of each other which I got a bit confused by. So I carefully pulled each one out, drizzled some of that green and red sauce provided and then ate. I was impressed by the brisket and tripa, both of those were killer. The pastor wasn't bad but I probably should've done a different flavor since it was a bit overdone IMO. The pechuga tacolore was the greasiest but a pleasant surprise since I kinda like my tacos that way. Price wise, it's a bit more expensive for street tacos than I'm used to but the taste and flavor are there. I noticed it's a favorite here in Laredo as there were a good amount of to-go orders and people inside were happily chowing down on their eats. When Laredo calls my name again, I'll definitely be back here for other taco flavors and some of those boracho beans.

My friendly server immediately came to check on me and see what I was interested in. It took me a minute to decide as the food selection here is impressively diverse. You can get traditional Mexican dishes as well as seafood and sushi. The chips and salsas brought out were dynamite! I loved each salsa just as much and they will keep the chips coming as long as you can handle it! I opted to start with a dozen raw oysters, which came out quickly. They were a good size and served up with Mexican cocktail sauce and limes. The only drawback to this order was that the oysters were still connected to their shells and no traditional oyster fork was offered for use. No biggie, though - a spoon did the trick. For my entree I had the large octopus and shrimp cocktail. This concoction was massive and beautifully topped with avocado, cilantro and onion. It was chock full of octopus and shrimp, and was delicious! The cold cocktail was fresh, clean-tasting, and very satisfying on a hot summer day. My experience here was excellent, and I hope to come back before my time in Laredo is done.

In fact we were there yesterday too.... I live in Houston, but that will definitely be on my list of places to go every time I go to Laredo..

Whoever added this to YELP, THANK YOU!!!! If not, I never would've found this place…read more I've been here a couple times for my taco fix the last time I was in Laredo and always meant to put the word out about this spot. Each time I put in my order online through the Clover app and picked up the eats from the place. You'll be greeted by some mexican fiesta music playing with a clean interior and the sounds of meats sautéing on the flattop in the back. These were my surroundings as I received my orders from the nice lady at the counter and dashed back to grub. Every taco I've ordered comes with sauteed onions and radishs with the cilantro/onion garnish and all have been delicious. The bistec, alambre, pastor, brisket w/ sausage, and suadero meats are packed with flavor/seasoning and have perfect texture with the corn tortillas they are stuffed in. The small quesadillas are also a treat with the cheese melted to perfection on the meats. Tacos look small but they pack it with a good amount of protein and are piping hot, even after bringing them back to my domicile. Glad this is in Laredo!
