I have only been to a few tapas places in Sevilla but this one was by far the worst. We got three tapas. The first one we ordered was pork sirloin on the grill with whiskey sauce. It was two small, thin, dry pieces of pork that were not very flavorful. The meat was slightly tender but nothing very impressive. It was served on top of some mediocre french fries, overall decent but would not order it again. We attempted to order the bacon and prawn bites but they did not have them, lame! But in retrospect we are glad they didn't have them because they would've probably been bad also. Next we ordered the San Jacobo Casero. It was deep-fried pork with cheese, ham, peppers, in breadcrumbs. It was extremely dry and overall the taste was just not very good. They also just give you one very small piece. I understand it is tapas and is not meant to be huge but this piece was just pathetic. I don't remember the name of the last thing we ordered but it was essentially a fried egg and chorizo with French fries. Let's just put it this way, the french fries were by far the best thing on the plate. The egg was so salty that I think I need to drink water the next three days to cancel out the salty taste in my mouth. For reals. They give you two very small pieces of chorizo that were just decent at best. On the way back to the hotel, I had to stop at a different tapas place because I was so disappointed and unsatisfied. Not to mention, not filled up at all. I wouldn't eat here again ever and you should probably skip it too. These other people who gave it high reviews are probably relatives of the owners or their taste buds are severely damaged. read more
