They are crispy on the outside and not over cooked on the inside. The sauce they are served with compliments the spice of the Brussels. Delicious as is but bartender there suggested and I fell in love with the veg patty itself with the preparation the Fire In The Hole burger instead. So flavorful. Drinks: wide variety of beers on tap as well including a favorite of mine Kona Big Wave. keep being awesome yall are killing it. Atmosphere: Monday they also have karaoke which is friendly low pressure and just a good time. Venue offers open windows letting in fresh air during good weather. Parking is tight, so I suggest parking on Waterman Avenue and walking around to the back of the restaurant, where the trailer is located. I went with a simple cheese pizza and a pepperoni, pepper, and olive pie, both of which were excellent. Both were cooked perfectly, crisp but not burnt. Considering the quality of the pies and add-ons, the price was very fair. I'm eager to try the restaurant.

The cocktails can be fun & seasonal & filled with flavor. There is also a unique ticker tape to show off live scores & sports updates. There is also many TVs throughout the area making it great spot to catch a game including a couch & an intimate outdoor area (also with a TV).
