The place is really cute inside and the workers are super nice. While the presentation for the food is a 5/5 I was expecting a good amount of flavor for the price point of the dishes. The food tasted like something you could replicate at home but for a lower price point. I expected more brightness and contrasting of flavors from the Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl. For the brioche it was missing something. The chai was pretty good with not being too sweet I just wish it had more of the spice flavor profile.

We had breakfast here on my very first morning in New York, and it was absolutely amazing. The dishes were delicious, and it was also my first time trying a Bellini. I honestly thought it would be too sweet, but to my surprise it had a very light peach flavor with gentle bubbles. Perfectly balanced and refreshing. I also loved the atmosphere. It felt a little bit like Europe, at least how I imagine it, which made the experience even more special. The café itself is quite small, but we didn't have to wait long. We were seated inside in about 15-20 minutes, which was totally fine for us since we had grabbed coffee and enjoyed sitting outside in the business district instead of waiting and being impatient. The weather was beautiful, so the wait didn't feel like a downside at all. Overall, the food exceeded our expectations, and both my friend and I really loved the experience.
I was staying in downtown Manhattan and found this little gem. I was excited to try it after reading the reviews. We arrived around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, and it was busy. The café is fairly small, so we had to wait about 15-20 minutes. They don't take reservations, but you can add your name to the waitlist on Yelp -- I recommend doing that to shorten your wait time. I ordered the salmon brioche and the French toast. The French toast was delicious, and their latte was amazing as well! My boyfriend ordered the Sandwich Matin, and my son had the ham and cheese croissant. Service was great -- our waitress was helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend this place if you're in town.
Very cute cafe in Fidi with a bit of a wait on Sunday. The pancakes were yummy but too sweet for me. The turmeric latte was yummy. Service was super quick. Good brunch spot in fidi but would venture to other neighborhoods for better brunch.
Came here for lunch on a Wednesday! I got on a wait list right around 12pm but I got called in within 5mins. There's a little seating area outside so I got to sit and wait there, which was nice. The service was quick and efficient which is exactly what I needed for a lunch on a weekday, and I really appreciated it. I got Croque Monsieur with a side salad and the French orange soda. The Croque Monsieur might have been the best I've had so far. The cheese was cheese-ing not just the texture but it TASTED SO GOOD. I didn't have lactaid with me but I couldn't care less about that because it was THAT good. My friend got something with potato chips and oh boy these were some good chips!! I'll definitely bring my other friends over to this place. Such a nice little cafe with authentic delicious food!!

Strawberries were firm, juicy & perfectly sweet. The pineapple was really sweet too. The fruit is so fresh.
Went to La Parisienne for an early brunch with some friends. Wait wasn't too long and the inside is pretty cute. We ordered a good number of items and everything was made really well. I would recommend the fresh orange juice and avocado toast. Chia pudding is okay, the whole flax seeds wasn't the best and they could have added more fruit to balance out the amount of chia pudding served in the bowl. Would go with a small group of friends and make a resy in advance.

Stopped in to work and grab a bite between meetings. A tight space with a decent amount of seating; was able to get a table for one right away. I mistakenly thought this was a grab and go coffee shop( while you can definitely walk up to the counter and take your items to-go, the tables are full service. It's nicely decorated with too-cool French music playing. Unfortunately for me I was seated right by the door on a cold day so was exposed to the breeze frequently, but they had a thick curtain and a heater to offset this. I got a vanilla oat cappuccino anda croque monsieur, both delicious! The croque was very rich and I appreciated that the bechamel was contained with the sandwich instead of poured on top as it kept the toast crispy throughout. Was very busy the entire time I was there but the tables seemed to turn over quickly along with many patrons coming in grabbing items to go.
Cute, tiny little spot for a quick bite. I ordered the salmon brioche sandwich but was surprised to see that it only comes with one piece of bread. I remember ordering this in the past and having it as a sandwich is supposed to be. With top and bottom pieces of bread. For $20 I'd like an entire sandwich pls.

Date of visit: April 14, 2026 A charming, cozy spot near the Financial District, I didn't remember that we had actually come here several years ago because it was so close to where we were staying and it was just as lovely as the last time. It is small so leave the extended family at home, and hopefully it's nice out and they can use their outdoor tables as well. My Croque Madame was pretty good, and my fellow diners really enjoyed their croissant sandwiches and the fresh squeezed orange juice. The coffee was strong and the cream was not, but the price was great--especially for New York! Husband did have to move his seat a bit as he was getting dripped on by something from above (what, we never found out), but it wasn't enough to put too much of a damper--pun intended--on the meal. read more

My fiance and I went to New York for my birthday and family visit. We walked in and waited about 20 minutes. It was a reasonable waiting time. It's a small cafe with about 10 tables. They offered pretty good options of caffeinated and non caffeinated beverages. Some breakfast and lunch menu options. We found this local cafe through Google search engine. We ordered two cafe Latte(Oat-milk). My fiancé got a Salmon Brioche and I got a vegan/ diary free avocado toast. Cafe Latte tastes as a usual American brewed coffee with creamy Oat-milk. My avocado toast turns out to be an alternative version. A sweet potato substitute replaced the bread toast slices. Eggs were regular over easy medium. Avocado tastes fresh, tender and creamy. They offered attentive customer service and have been tourist-friendly and welcoming breakfast/ lunch place. We'd recommend you give it a try when you're in town! read more

As a regular I can't say enough good things about my favorite French Cafe. You're in Paris! Elbow to elbow with fascinating locals and eating the most delicious, fresh, perfect bistro and cafe food. Linger! Happy hour is terrific and lunch is busy. Breakfast is divine - have a croissant with your cafe. Try the soup - it is always perfection. Bring a sweater because the door opens and closes a thousand times and it can get chilly! read more

Quick breakfast stop. It's tight inside. Cute but tight. It was late morning but they were busy. Staff was struggling but they were generally nice and professional. We got baked fare and coffee, tea. They serve lavazza which is solid. The chocolate croissants and macarons were great. My kid got lemonade and it was "mid." The other stuff was good though, so a good choice in the end :) read more

Came here when I was visiting NYC near the end of summer. It's a small place and the wait can be brutal but the food and drinks are amazing and exactly what I wanted and expected when I was browsing. I am a relatively big guy that can eat a lot and the bowl seemed a bit small to me at first. But after I finished it, I felt healthy and at a sufficient fullness. I ate a bit from our other order and then shared pancakes for desserts and man was I full. I forgot what drink I got, a mocha latte? I remember it was good and I don't drink coffee normally but I wanted to try it at such a quaint looking cafe and to power me for the rest of my sight seeing day. The ingredients are quality, fresh, and flavorful. The dishes feel very balanced and satisfying. The freshness and lightness of the vegetables pairing with the salty savory proteins, blend with the grains and the buttery fat textures of the avocados and cheese. The banana pancakes were fluffy and soft. It was sweet but not overly sweet like you get with a lot of American desserts. The fruits added a nice layer and the blueberries helped even out some of that sweetness with their tartness. Service was alright. It's a very busy restaurantand very cramped. The food is the highlight everything else is like an accessory. If you're there for a pleasant sit down and relaxed environment, this won't check that off (though it does have interesting decorating and quickness to it). but the food is definitely a huge reason to stay. If I either lived here or was visiting longer, I would have liked to come here a few more times to try their other items read more

Came here when I came to visit, we stayed down the street , and walked here , coffee was really good, and I got the cheese and egg croissant, my son ordered the French toast, I would come again. Very small, it was four of us and sat us in the corner, water was dripping on my son's neck was the only inconvenience, but very nice place and sweet waitress. read more

Found this cute place on. Saturday morning, walking distance from our hotel in downtown. Wait was about 10 minutes as we were a walkin. My daughter had a breakfast croissant and I had the avocado toast with smoked salmon on the side. Cappuccino was good too! Wait staff were friendly and efficient. Enjoy! read more

Super cute cafe. We came around 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. We were able to get our names on the waitlist while we were en route so that when we got there, there was a table for us. Two of us got the Matin. I split the Madame with my brother. And my other friend got Everything was good. No major complaints or issues. The salad was good as well. Our group got coffees and juices of all sorts. I got an iced chai latte which was good, but small for the price. My other friends got an iced chai latte and a regular coffee. Again, good but small in portions for the price. read more

Not sure how I timed it just right but I walked in during a weekday lunch rush and was seated immediately. Timing is everything because there was a waitlist off and on. It is a cute French cafe in the middle of FiDi. Small and you basically sit on top of each other because the tables are jam packed. There is also outdoor seating. The servers never make you feel rushed. Quite the opposite actually. I just feel like it's not the place to linger because it's uncomfortable being so close to the table next to you. I had the crab salad without the brioche bun. They served it over a piece of lettuce and some avocado. I also ordered the side mixed greens salad. The crab salad tasted fresh. It had crispy celery and nice seasonings. I thought it was refreshing. I'm so glad I didn't get the roll. It would've been too heavy. The side salad was good but almost over dressed. I'm not sure what vinaigrette they used. It was good. The salad tasted warm to me. Not warm but room temperature. I would definitely come back here. The service was outstanding. I loved the atmosphere but probably wouldn't wait in line for a table. The food was good though. read more
Came here this morning with a few friends. We had a short wait to be seated, and once we had a chance to review the menu our waitress came up quickly and was very pleasant. Each of us got the French toast, and everyone really liked it. The bread was soft and fluffy and the fruit was a great fresh complement to the dish. We got the salmon brioche and the sandwich matin! Both were pretty solid choices! My favorite was the salmon brioche. It was both refreshing with the ricotta cheese and cucumber and had a good amount of umami from the smoked salmon. The sandwich matin was also good and came with prosciutto and gruyere; however, I think the salmon brioche was overall a better sandwich. Service is fast. Only con is that the wait for this place is very long. They mainly have small tables that seat 2-4 people. read more

I had a lovely morning breakfast here with a colleague one day, at a tiny two-top. The restaurant is crowded, you're sitting quite close to the table next to you, but that is to be expected in NYC. The service was quick and attentive, and the food was great. Strong, hot coffee, and a fresh fruit and yogurt parfait really hit the spot! read more
