This is one of my go-to spots for beauty. If I'm not mistaken, a young woman by the name of Emily is either the owner or someone close too it. She is highly professional as also with her receptionist. It is a cute little boutique in the corner on Meridian. You can check in at the little kiosk with your phone number and voila--have a cute little seat on their cute little couch. I've been to this place 2 times. The first time I had an amazing experience and no issues. The second time, I thought everything was going well until my lashes began to grow. I noticed that the lash artist that worked on me got me in an out in less than an hour! I thought this was sketchy but they looked good so I didn't say anything! As my lashes grew, I noticed how droopy they looked. They also caused me so much pain, which caused me to remove them. So much of my natural lashes are ruined because the lash artist did not properly apply the extension. She did not isolate an eyelash then apply the extension. Instead, she applied a cluster of lash extensions on a group of 3+ eyelashes. I would suggest going elsewhere because it is not worth damaging your natural lashes. It seems that this studio just cares about getting customers in and out, so book with someone else! read more

Recently went to this place last Wednesday and it seemed really promising but now I'm in pain. After I left I noticed that my eyes hurt a bit but I thought it was okay because I haven't gotten my lashes done in a couple months. Woke up the next morning with my eyes swollen. They make you sign a contract saying they aren't liable for anything that happens to your eyes and no refund. I've been getting my lashes done for 2 years I've never had a problem. Now my natural lashes are all ruined due to them putting more multiple lashes on my natural lash. That's not how it's suppose to be done. I did this before my 2 week trip to Hawai'i. I've been coming here for a while now at first I really liked it but I noticed TIFFANY was cutting my NATURAL LASHES!!! The last time I got my lashes done by her I heard her cutting my natural lashes again and I asked her if she was cutting my natural lash and she quickly said no and proceeded to make some noise with her tweezers making it seem like that was what she was doing. I came in today at 10:45 for a 2 week lash fill i had asked for kimberly because she's very gentle with my eyes and let's me know what she will do before she proceeds with the service the lady in the front told me i'm going to get someone else i felt iffy at first i gave the lady the benefit of the doubt meanwhile in the process she yanked off 4 of my actual lashes and all she said was sorry she didn't even let me know within 40 mins of my service my eyes started to burn but i didn't say anything but once the service was done i couldn't even open my eyes i told the lady by the name of tina what did you do why can't i open my eyes why does it burn and she called her other coworker and i started crying i myself had to open my own eye i then saw the lashes and it wasn't even what i had asked for i went to go to the lady in the front this is why i had asked for kimberly they still had the audacity to make me pay and she said come back at 3 i'll have kimberly fix it for you. my eyes are burning and the lashes are so hard. I hate that I have to do this, but I've gone here a quite a few times and the first few times were great until I noticed the quality declining. My lashes would hurt & when I look closely, it's either stuck together to stuck on my skin. I recently took a 3month lash break because my lashes were severely damaged but I came back and booked with a different technician, this time it was the same outcome as before the break. My lashes hurt insanely bad to the touch so I had reached out to them regarding this because it was a set for my engagement photos. I came in had it fixed and they kept saying it was bc of my lash health that it can't hold the lash fans but truthfully it didn't feel that way. The lashes felt hard and whenever I'd wash them I felt it tugging on my lids. As the days go by I noticed my lashes are still wonky so I went to get them removed and long behold! The lash fans were stuck to MULTIPLE natural lashes now causing me to have gaps & bald spots. read more

i have decided to make a review after thinking for a while and i would not recommend this lash establishment. I got my lashes done about 2 weeks ago and they did not last my eyes where in pain even though i was trying to ignore it. Lashes in my left eye fell out with the 3 days which i did contact them about but opted out of my appointment to fix it as i said my eyes where just in pain and i couldn't handle it. Multiple lashes where glued to one extension. the lashes had no motion to it they where. I had gotten a wispy Volume size 17-11. I cannot make excuses for their work it does look nice but does not feel nice. i washed and combed out my lashes after the 24 hours and continued to clean my lashes. They ruined my lashes!. Every time I would go there I would leave with my eyes burning and extremely red. I spoke to an aesthetician at a different place, she said they probably aren't isolating correctly. I never had lashes from here last more than a week. But this last visit I had was a nightmare! The girl i saw was a new tech (never seen her there before) and right from the beginning I didn't feel comfortable and already was having a bad feeling about it. I had a few lashes left from my previous visit and when she went to remove them it felt like she just pulled them right off my eyes I screamed because it hurt so bad, never in the 5 years of getting lashes done have I ever had that done to me. Then right when she began my eyes started burning and that continued the whole entire visit!! Again, I have been getting lashes done (somewhere else) for about 5 year and never have I had a session where I had my eyes burning the entire time. I told her my eyes were hurting and she didn't do anything about it . When she finished and i had to open my eyes i couldn't because of how bad they were burning. She even had to give me eye drops. Finally when I saw my lashes I almost cried! They were glued on on top of each other and I could see the glue all over. My husband even mentioned something to me about because it was so noticeable.
