Look. I just stay quite about places I usually don't like. But this one annoyed me so much. I looked into this place & thought they did an amazing job. So I decided to book an appointment. I tried booking on here (which it does not have that option ) I called multiple times & it went straight to voicemail. (I did leave a voicemail btw) I went to the shop right at 10a yesterday & waited til 1100a; no show. SMDH She texted me back later in the afternoon saying "This is Lash Queen. I missed a call from you. May I help you?" I told her I was trying to come in to get my lashes done. she replied saying, "Oh sorry. We're available by appointment only right now" Then I asked if they were available to take me in today & she hasn't replied yet. My thing is please update yalls info on Yelp & the sign at your shop. I would love to try this place out again, but I'm just disappointed at the customer service here.

Compare to a few places i have been visited, this is one of the shop that provides great service at a reasonable price. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the technician. Since i have sensitive skin, i need to make sure everything is okay for me. I did ask a lot but she was so patient and kind with all of my detail questions. Overall, i had a great first experience in here and for sure i will come back. Highly Recommend Guys

Nikki did such an excellent job on my lashes. I've been to a few independent techs and shops and I'm always skeptical because it is my lashes their working in. Nikki was very gentle, she's asked me what I wanted, measured out the lengths so I could have them nice and long! My natural lashes are very long and some techs won't place longer lashes on me. This set is very full and beautiful, and the lashes are mink so they are much softer than typical lashes! Highly recommend booking if you're looking for a shop that's gentle, and takes care of not only your lashes but eyes too! I asked for rainbow shape, and my longest lashes are 15s! So happy with the result

Amazing experience at this spot for lashes. I usually go to someone for my lashes but isnt unavailability at the moment. I needed hybrids eyelash extensions soon and a friend recommended me this rare gem. The owner is super sweet and makes sure you're comfortable through the process. The environment is relaxing and peaceful. There's music in the background and the vibe is relaxing. The lashes I got done were amazing for the price. It took an hour and half and she makes sure you are okay with the length and volume given. Definitely coming back again for extensions! read more

Every time I go to my appointment I ask for a lash brush and she always says she doesn't have any? Her prices have been raised and she can't give you a brush? Makes me wonder if she uses the same brush on everyone she lashes. That is unsanitary! read more

Finally found a place I can trust. I got a free removal with a new set of beautiful volume lashes for $75. It's very reasonable. I usually pay $100-$260 for Volume lashes. Quynh did my lashes. She was super sweet and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable, and listened to all of my needs. I wanted heavy spikey look originally. Then She told me that couldn't achieve that style, because I don't have enough lashes. I was a little bummed out honestly. I ended up choosing an open eye/doll eye look. She used 15mm D curls with couple of 16mm lashes in the middle. The way she fanned the lashes looked wonderful on my eyes. I was very please with her customizations. I was looking for an honest tech who does good work and doesn't take short cuts. I had a lash tech who skipped hairs at the outer corner of my eyes, used thick lashes with heavy spikes, and gave me super a heavy cluster lashes on 4 of my individual lashes with 1 fan. She was trying to save time so she can fit more appointments for the day. My lashes are still damaged. But big thanks to Quynh, She made me feel so much happier. Now I feel all "brand new" rocking these sexy lashes for the Holidays. read more

I'm so sad that i have to go home at remove these lashes but I look like a joke. I made sure to be on time but they were late. I appreciate the message telling me they were running late but not a good first impression. Came in for fills. Asked that he match my current lashes, which were volume. He said my current lashes were heavy but he was going to match with the lashes he had. They did not match and were a lot longer than what I had. I also noticed that he didn't wash his hands prior to doing my lashes so I felt a bit uncomfortable. I've been getting my lashes done for years and I've never felt so embarrassed about the way they look. Just lost 70 bucks. read more

I found this place on yelp as it is grand new opening. I did eye lash extension many places, but this place is the best. My lashes are so soft and they look so naturally. The staff are so friendly . The name of this salon is spot on, I felt like a Queen after my appointment! The before and after photos clearly show how great my lash transformation was! Beautiful, light weight and natural looking lashes. Staffs are friendly and price is reasonable for the professional service they offer. I was told they use the highest quality glue and lashes here, plus they have many years of experience so I felt at ease trusting them with my lashes. I found this hidden gem while talking to one of my coworker. Tbh, I was just so tired to drive more than an hour to LA to get my lashes done so well, I decided to give it a shot. So, I called to make appointment and saw Nikki the next day. Gosh! All I can say is that Nikki is amazing. She knows how to make a regular girl like me look fabulously without make up. She was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions and erased my doubts. But the main thing is the quality of the eyelashes came out so wonderful! This was a great lash place and the area that it is located in is extremely convenient! They did a fantastic job on my lashes and on my mom's lashes as well. I gave them vague descriptions of what I wanted my lashes to look like and they pulled it off perfectly without a hitch. I will definitely come back for a touch up soon. read more

Quin always does my eyelashes exactly what I ask for. She's done my eyelashes for about a year now and had not failed me. I've gone to other places asking for the D curve because that is the one that fits my eyeshape and she's the only eyelash tech that has been able to do it. Her hands are very gently on my eyes and she makes sure I'm comfortable and my eyes aren't becoming irritated with the glue fumes. read more

I've came to this place a handful of times now and the outcome is okay, but the customer service is aweful... Every time I go, she's late by 10 or 20 minutes at least and nobody is ever inside the building so you have to wait outside until SOMEBODY arrives and on top of that she has no incentives for the inconvenience... OH and not to mention, she didn't even wash her hands before touching my face... After waiting for so long after my appointment so many times, i won't be back. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt read more

Very impressed with this place. My lashes are absolutely amazing! I got them done at other places before, and everyone time I wasn't satisfied. Quin did them so full and better than what I wanted. Every single lash had an extension added making the look very full and luscious. The material used was also mink which is very soft compared to the thick hard ones I've experienced before. 10/10 recommend this place you will not be disappointed! I made an appointment here a bit ago for 10 or 10:30 I can't remember that well but point is it was after opening, I waited for about 20 minutes and no one came to the door even after they texted and confirmed my appt about 30 minutes prior! Wasted my time and didn't get my lashes. read more

I try to go once a month or every other month, and she always works with my schedule. She doesn't try to upsell me on product, even though I know she should because I know she knows I don't take care of my skin unless it's coming to see her lol. My skin felt so much better afterward. Immediately after the facial, my skin was red, which was understandable due to the extraction and exfoliation. However, two days later and my skin looks amazing now. I enjoyed my facial so much and would definitely come back for another one!

After getting my lashes done two days later my eyes were swollen. Doctors orders the lashes were removed and took two weeks to heal. I called to ask what type of glue they used and they answered that it was Japanese glue. The woman kindly made me a new appointment to redo them for free with a sensitive glue. My appointment is today at 11 yet the shop just text me that they will charge me $75 to do something they promised to do for free. My tech gives me the wispy look that I like, if you follow the instructions your lashes will last for about 3 weeks until the next fill.
