(if you want to upsale then don't charge 3% for using card for payment, as its recommended when booking to pay with cash) After she finished blow drying my hair, she proceeded to start recording the back of head & then coming around to ask if I enjoyed the treatment. I awkwardly replied "yes", then she showed me additional pictures & videos that she took during my treatment. I was definitely caught off guard as I think they should have asked me prior to the treatment if I was ok being recorded.
