Bought again from La Mesa RV. Bought the EKKO. They have definitely changed in the last two years! Pleasantly surprised and will definitely return to trade in my Revel Van at their Rec Van division. No pressure definitely knowledgeable on all the models.

Everything was great from start to finish! We have never owned a Travel Trailer before and everyone was so patient and helpful. We left feeling confident in our ability to operate everything and tow it safely. Highly recommended!!

Ed, Angela and Paul in the delivery center were amazing. The sales team at the show was great too. No pressure and a ton of units to see. Had a great time with orientation and walk through. Even the paperwork was easy. Amazing coach (Entegra Odyssey 24B) and we're very happy! Would definitely recommend!!!!

What a wonderful experience we have had, we came down for Christmas, drove to the La Mesa RV to see what they had. We found what we wanted , made the deal and came back and picked it up. Our sales team Farrell and Sonja were great! came back for our walk through The walk-threw with Mike was very thorough, he is very knowledgeable and helped a great deal. I love that they are pet friendly. we brought our dogs with us and they made them feel comfortable. We definitely will be back if we need to upgrade our Rig!

We took the van in for service and some warranty work. One item was the entry table which is cracked and peeling. Apparently Jayco denied that claim as the table is damaged. No kidding! It's called shoddy workmanship. How is this La Mesa RV's problem? Well, they sold us the van. If Jayco won't cover their warranties, maybe LaMesa should. Unfortunately, La Mesa RV's Mantra seems to be "we have your money, have a nice day!" Also, even though we were told that the firefly would be hooked to an app during our walkthrough, that never happened. And after I called Entegra concerning the inability hook the app up, they said according to the VIN it has a module. The La Mesa we took it to for service and to hook it up says according to Entegra our van never had a module. So, if LaMesa has actually followed through with their walk through and orientation, they would have known that before we took it home.

I'll be back to trade my 2021 Revel Van for a EKKO! Husband bought a 2026 EKKO for himself and the whole experience was smooth. We throughly walked through orientation, found some issues, they fixed them right away with no BS!

What a phenomenal experience! Everyone at Mesa RV is so professional, knowledgeable, organize, prepared and thorough. They cared what our concerns, needs and wants were. Both times we came to look at our Coach they had it prepped and ready. Mike was easy to talk with and he took his time to make sure we were comfortable with every detail. They made sure everything was perfect before we left. My husband did a ton of research before we bought with Mesa RV and we are over-the-moon excited!!!

Mike V was outstanding -- he went through all of the systems verbally AND actuated all of the systems.

We had a true emergency with our RV while traveling from out of state. Our trailer stabilizers were…read morestuck and wouldn't detach from our truck, threatening to derail our entire vacation. I called and spoke with Ali, who immediately told us to bring it in. From that first conversation to the end of the service, the entire team was outstanding. They went well above and beyond locating a hard-to-find part hours away and doing whatever it took to get us back on the road quickly. Thanks to their expertise, quick thinking, and incredible dedication, we were able to continue our vacation without missing a beat. The level of customer service was exceptional, and the pricing for an emergency service especially considering how far they were willing to go was more than fair. You truly saved our trip. Thank you so much for everything you did. You've earned a loyal customer for life!

The quality and timeliness of the work were good, but the company's accountability and customer…read moreservice were disappointing. While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.

They took their time showing us everything and explained it all step-by-step so we felt completely comfortable and confident. They never made us feel rushed or silly for asking questions, and they made the whole experience exciting instead of overwhelming. Their patience, kindness, and knowledge made all the difference for us. We are so grateful for the outstanding customer service and support. If you're new to RV or travel trailer life, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you again for making our first experience such a great one!

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER HERE!…read more I never write reviews like this, but our experience with this Camping World has been so awful that I feel it's important to warn others. What should have been an exciting first-time purchase turned into a nightmare that had dragged on for over a year with endless frustration, damage, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability. Our salesperson, Brielle, started off friendly enough. We told her we were first-time buyers and specifically wanted to look at used travel trailers to start small. Instead, when we arrived on-site, she only showed us brand new ones and pushed us to buy right away. We made it clear we wanted time to think about it, but she kept calling and pushing us to come back. Against our better judgment, we returned and decided on a new trailer we liked. Brielle told us that if we put a deposit down that day, the trailer would be held for us and taken off the lot. We trusted her. A few days later, we came back to finalize the purchase but Brielle was "too busy" to meet with us. Before we signed we needed to clarify why we were being charge 1500 dollars for a "Dealer prep fee" and another 1,995 dollars for a "Desert Protection Fee" that ended up doing nothing. We had so many questions, yet were shuffled into the finance office with Steve, who rushed us through paperwork and used scare tactics to push an extended warranty we didn't even want. We were confused as to why we were signing before even seeing the trailer, and he told us it was "being cleaned and prepped." When we finally saw it, our hearts sank, it was not the same trailer we had put a deposit on. This one had multiple issues: a broken table that was placed incorrectly so no one could sit behind it, missing trim throughout the trailer, non-working outdoor speakers, and no outdoor TV mount. Brielle was still nowhere to be found. Another rep came over and promised us everything would be fixed right away, assuring us it was "no big deal." We wanted to believe them. During the final walkthrough, the tech told us we were "all good to go," but when I checked the hitch myself, there was no safety pin installed. If we had driven off like that, it could have caused a serious accident. That alone should have been a huge red flag. Once home, we found even more problems and immediately contacted Camping World's service department. We purchased in April, and the trailer went in for service in May but they only managed to fix the table (which was done incorrectly). We brought it back again in July, when our service rep Tori told us that the replacement table they ordered wasn't even the right one for our camper, but we agreed to take it because we were desperate to just use the trailer at this point. Before we could pick it up, Tori called with devastating news: someone at Camping World had crashed the trailer and had ripped the awning off, damaged the side of the camper, and torn the decals off and that no one would admit to doing it. We were furious. We were told they'd fix it and order replacements, but weeks went by with zero updates. Mind you this whole time it is sitting on their lot while we are having to pay our monthly payments on it, which we brought up multiple times and no one seemed to care. By October, Tori no longer worked there. I had to call multiple times before finally being connected with Leda, who informed me that none of the parts or decals had ever been ordered. After expressing how upset we were, I asked to speak with her supervisor. Eventually, Rick Williams, the service supervisor, and Brian, the store manager, got involved. Rick told us he would make it "good enough" so we could at least use it for Thanksgiving since they had already had our trailer for months. He also mentioned refilling the propane and water tanks, which was strange since the camper had never been used. He also noted failing molding and trim that would need to be replaced later. We used it for our Thanksgiving trip, but sure enough, had to bring it right back to service afterward. By April 2023, when we went to pick it up again, we discovered that almost nothing had actually been fixed. Every promise made had been broken. Every timeline they promised was missed. Rick was no longer there and we were passed off yet again to another person to reach out too. We reached out to the new service manager, Christopher Pettit, multiple times, copying him on emails. He never responded once which is completely unacceptable. We've been patient, understanding, and cooperative, but this entire experience has been one long nightmare. What was supposed to be a joyful first-time trailer purchase had turned into months of frustration, disappointment, and stress. Camping World has shown zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for their customers. Do not make the same mistake we did. Buy your camper somewhere else, anywhere else, and spare yourself the trouble and terrible customer service we endured for years.
