It's different ways to eat the same thing. Huaraches are elongated sopes. Gordotas are small round tortas. But they are all good. You can have them plain or with chicharrón, chorizo con papas, shredded beef, tinga, rajas or mushrooms. The best thing are the quesadillas. Freshly made and deep fried. At $.75/birria taco and $1.00/lengua taco it doesn't get much cheaper than this. Also in the menu at e quesadillas with and without meat. I suggest you order a dorado, it's a regular taco with all the trimmings you want but they place it back in the pan and let it crisp a bit more.
